One critical thing to be aware of when using any service is that the front desk and administrative staff can significantly impact your overall experience. Unfortunately, this place is a textbook example of how poor front desk and billing practices can overshadow even high-quality medical care. I came here for a bridge replacement and was asked to pay nearly $1,900 upfront—about 80% of the total cost—before receiving any response from my insurance company. Predictably, the insurance later confirmed in writing that they would cover half of the cost. On the day of the procedure, I informed the front desk that my insurance would cover 50% and asked for an immediate refund of the overpaid deposit. Instead, I was rudely told that my deposit had not been paid.

After urging them to double-check, it took about 10 minutes for them to finally locate the payment. When I asked again for a refund, I was told that the customer service manager would handle it after the procedure. After the surgery, I followed up, only to be told that they hadn’t heard anything from the insurance company and therefore couldn’t process any refund. The manager then reluctantly promised a refund within three weeks. This woman was consistently condescending and dismissive, showing no willingness to apologize or take responsibility. And now, unbelievably, instead of a refund, I have received an additional bill for even more money.

This clearly shows that the billing and customer service departments fail to communicate with insurance companies properly and have no problem sending out inaccurate or even false invoices. I've also seen other patients arguing about their bills at the front desk, which leads me to believe this is not an isolated issue. If you choose to use this clinic, do not blindly trust the invoices you receive. Review them carefully before making any payments. I now have to spend even more time and effort fighting for a refund that should have been handled weeks ago.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. I must say that my experience with The Dentist Office was much better than a year ago. The Woman that I was scheduled with was very good and checked if I had taken my antibiotic before my cleaning and unfortunately, I did not. She checked with Britny, and she came over and she told me that she just had a cancelation for that day and gave me the antibiotic and also put me in the canceled spot. That was really great! I then had x-rays performed while I was waiting by a nice young lady and she did a great job also.

I was able to get my cleaning done that same afternoon. Thank you to everyone involved in what could have been a bad day for me. Thank you again, Robert.

Always on time. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Both Dr. Chung (dentist) and Dr. Oh (oral surgeon) are efficient and understanding about dental anxiety and fears.

Dr. Chung always explains, step by step, what he’s doing and gives “warning” before any unsettling noises or sensations. He constantly checks in to make sure I’m not in pain while he’s working. He is extremely cognizant of my anxiety and pain levels. Also! I never had to have any of his work redone - so quality work as well!

Absolutely love this place. Fit me in for emergency visit, same day as I called. 2 emergency room visits and one pcp visit. No one knew what was wrong. Ten minutes with the dentist and he knew exactly what was wrong. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Great staff and great doctors.
