My children have never missed a 6 month checkup but my daughter was having continuous issues with her teeth after a bad fall “bruised” them. They made me feel as though I was not taking care of her teeth at home despite my other children having glowing checkups each time, to the point that I left there in tears more than once. I was told she would need treatment under sedation but the waiting list was more than a year out. She was put on the waiting list and I was given a list from them of other pediatric dentists that may be available sooner for treatment with sedation. We were able to have 1 tooth done in Morgantown with a crown under gas but she still had other issues and needed full sedation. I tried very hard to get her in elsewhere but this office would not send the X-rays when requested and other offices would not see us without them. I was given a date of Nov.

1 for sedation at ELCH with them. In October she ended up with an infection from where the crown broke on the one tooth and when I called to have that treated I was told her sedation was canceled because the consent was out of date (because we had been waiting that long) and they didn’t have my health insurance on file. I was never called, I was never notified in any way, and they had never asked for this information from me. After arguing with someone on the phone, they said they would “try” to get her in by the end of the year as my deductible was already met and she was having pain and issues with these teeth. I immediately sent them my health insurance information and they called later that day to say that it wouldn’t be covered in a hospital setting. This could have been known a year prior if they had just asked for the insurance information and I was again left seeking out a pediatric dentist to do the sedation but at a surgery center. I called and made an appointment with one they recommended but brought her in to the office in the mean time for the infection and the dentist accused me of “hopping” dental offices because I had contacted many different providers trying to get this issue fixed and in the next breath told me “these teeth are really a problem and need fixed quickly”.

I was waiting on them! I knew they needed fixed! They are at fault for putting us off this long and making it more difficult for me to go elsewhere! They are not as kid friendly as they advertise either. The dentists are cold and unfriendly and there are really no additions to the office besides some bright wall paper on the walls that makes it more “kid friendly”. I have always said that in health care you can find someone who has a bad story or experience everywhere, but this place has a pattern. I highly suggest you take your children elsewhere.

My 5 and 7 year old had cleanings, fillings, and sealants done. I am very pleased with the staffing. The dental hygienists as well as the dentist himself were very friendly and patient with my girls. The dentists shows the children each tool he uses, he’s amusing and gentle.

It’s been so hard finding a dentist in our area, but this provider is definitely worth the drive. I will say as a side note, laughing gas costs $60, out of pocket, and they have a 24 hr cancellation policy of $25. So just be prepared to pay if you decide to cancel on short notice.

These people have done nothing but an AWESOME job for actual Pediatric dentistry within our community ‼️ May that poor baby girl that died always rest in peace! That is a parent’s worst nightmare and I can not express the amount of condolence that I am trying to convey. I see a lot of people hesitating to take there children back to this office but I swear if there was a way these dental technicians , office workers and dentist could have saved this girls life they would have. We need more pediatric dentist in this area; designer ones with play areas and tropical themes ect.

I know there are good women working there and as medical professionals I guarantee that they are seeking trauma therapy and counseling. No one wants to experience that. The child, family, medical professionals, law enforcement, community ect.

Please don’t shun a pediatric dentist in this area!!!! We need a Mobil adult dentist. Stop living in fear and support a pediatric dentist in this area that accepts ALL INSURANCE ‼️🤮 Know I’ll say prayers the whole way there and pray for the girl to be our guardian angel, her family to find condolence during such horrific grief and these medical workers to keep doing good and persevere through horrid trauma and PTSD. I know this office cares‼️❤️

To the esteemed dentist who valiantly attempted to save my four-year-old niece on January 22, 2025, after she was tragically shot in the head, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering courage and selfless act of compassion. Your willingness to stand up and assist when others faltered is truly commendable. On the other hand, I must express my profound disdain for the cowardly nurses and other individuals who abandoned their responsibilities and failed to provide adequate care. Their actions are a stark reminder of the lack of empathy and compassion that exists in some quarters.

If the same treatment had been meted out to your own child or family members, I assure you that you would be equally outraged and question their continued employment. Your cowardice will be held accountable by God himself, and I sincerely hope that this experience serves as a profound lesson for you, instilling in you a sense of responsibility and integrity that will guide your actions in the future.
