Doctor Carolina Ospina was amazing. Long story short. . . I had an abscess (a big one) and needed an molar extraction, I was so scared; I've been to the dentist since I was a kid and have had root canals done but never had an extraction. Well not only was she amazing and skilled she put me at ease. She noticed how nervous I was and made me feel at peace.

She extracted the molar so easily and so fast; it didn't hurt. Their prices are reasonable. I don't have insurance and they worked with me. I am going back for cleanings in the near future. Best dentist I've had.

Jancarlos Gómez (Aqua)

Went here for years. They aren't too bad but they don't really give you much information about your teeth. The whole visit is pretty quiet and they just get to work right away. They never put the vest on you for x-rays or do the gum test at least in my case. I have been there for over many years and never once had the gum test. The gum test is critical. They have the signs for the gum test everywhere for it but don't do it.

I switched over to South Palm Dental. Best decision I have made for dental care. Avoid this office. . .

First of all I would like to say the reviews are all lies. I have been going to this place since I can remember. I have seen this office change and grow but there have never been any workers that are rude as the reviews say. The female doctor is the best dentists ever. She has always been kind to me even when she was having a bad day.

I don’t know what I need to have done but I know that the doctor and my parents know what I need and that’s all I have to know. This place is epic and if you need a new dentist don’t hesitate on coming to Dental Works Studio. It is the best dental office on earth .

After reading all the negative reviews of this dental office, I can’t understand why that is. I take all my children there and have received great service from this location. The front office staff communicates well with the clients and are more than willing to answer all and any questions or concerns that you may have. The dentist I spoke to was very informative, she speaks quickly, but very informative and has helped me understand the happenings of my children’s oral health.

The only downside is the waiting room. It’s kind of tiny, so my children and I wait outside until they are called in. I wish I had names, but the girl who helped me understand the communication between insurance company, and their office needs a raise. She should be in charge of training anyone that has to deal with customer service! She’s a keeper! Bravo on providing you patient’s with great service!!!
