I am very happy with my experience at this dental office. From the time I booked my appointment, I was treated with friendly, professional service by the office and Dr. Lim is just amazing.

I hate having dental work done, but Dr. Lim made sure I was comfortable, and Elizabeth at the front desk couldn't have been more friendly, especially when she could tell I was nervous. I highly recommend this wonderful practice!

Lim is a kind and compassionate dentist who takes the time to explain things in a way that we can understand and he has even called to check up on us after procedures. His office manager, Elizabeth, is also very capable and kind and easy to deal with as is the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants a top-notch dentist!

I had been a patient of Dr. Lim's since 2007, along with my wife and 2 children. We always found Dr. Lim to be a cosummate professional, a caring & compassionate doctor and one of the most skilled dental professionals around, and his assistants complemented him perfectly. .

. . that's why we travelled as far as we did and paid out of pocket to see him. Unfortunately, when his current front desk/office manager Elizabeth took over (last 8-10 years?), the entire patient experience changed. Both on the telephone and in person, we felt that Elizabeth was sometimes curt, rude, and dismissive, but we tried to ignore this because we truly loved Dr.

Lim and his care. Unfortunately, when our then 20 year old daughter last saw the doctor, Elizabeth went too far--acting in a completely unprofessional, demeaning and hurtful manner towards not only our child, but us as well! As a healthcare professional, I am appalled by this behaviour, as it has no place anywhere, especially a dentist's office! I'm sad to say that we had no choice but to leave this practice because of this individual's attitude and actions, but there is no way we could ever go back into this office as long as Elizabeth is there.
