Dr. Marshall and his staff were absolutely amazing with my 11 year old who needed to have a tooth extracted. He was unable to have his tooth taken care of by his dentist due to his anxiety. Dr Marshall and his nurse made my son so comfortable and relaxed that he even asked if that could be his regular dentist for good.

Go somewhere else and don't waste your time. I had an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. John Marshall. I just started a new position as a school teacher, and unfortunately I had to call and cancel my appointment. I was informed that the office has a ridiculous policy that refuses to reschedule appointments for patience when they have to cancel due to circumstance that come up in life.
I already met with him once to plan for the surgery, but luckily I have found a new doctor to start the process all over again. Very inconsiderate to not be understanding for your customers situations, especially when they make the effort to contact your office to cancel. My work hours made it nearly impossible for me to contact the office, yet when I finally was able to connect and cancel my appointment, this is the thanks I received.

Dr. Marshall is the greatest oral surgeon/doctor/dentist I've ever had in my life. I had 4 teeth by him four years ago, and had my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed by him recently. Absolute great guy and doesn't sugar coat anything.

Absolutely amazing staff! DR Marshall is one of the best doctors I have ever met, he’s patient kind and does what’s in the best interest of the patient! He’s doing all of my dental work from extractions to implants and I am always calm when I am in his chair! Only negative is the wait to see him but it is worth it I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else the way I trust him and his team!
