Staff at the front desk and dentists are super friendly and helpful. Upstairs is for pediatrics and my kids love going there. On the main floor is oral surgery and the staff and dentist are also friendly and helpful. My daughter got a tooth extracted and I must say they made it a good experience. Thank you !!

This office caused me an anxiety attack due to their lack of care for my time and energy. To start off the doctor for implants was late 1hr. 10min, when I had previously been told I was the first patient. Upon his arrival not even an apology for lateness.

Instead telling me to stop roaming around when he caused me to become anxious. Then I was offered nitrogen to calm down, 20 minutes come and go, nobody could get the machine started. It was heart breaking to see a whole bunch of incompetent people trying to turn a machine on without results. You’d think that after having to pay so much money for implants, you’d at least get good service or at least professionals that have the best interest for patients, not here.

Spoke to manager who just made excuses for the team. I’ve had a lot of dental experiences this have been the worst of my life. Had to leave with a numb mouth, 2 hrs wasted, $250 consultation wasted, withdraw loan, loss of energy, and cause of emotional distress. Negative stars are deserved !!

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. I was referred to this office for a root canal. I left work early to make sure that I got to my appointment on time at 1 pm. When I got there, they asked me if I had filled out the papers online. I asked if they could give them to me, and the secretary told me that I had to complete the forms digitally. I completed the forms, which took about 25 minutes. They wanted you to download your referral, license, and insurance card front and back.

After four hours, I spoke to Josie, the manager. I explained that I had been there since 1 pm. She stated that the doctor had five emergencies. I told her what really happened was that her office had overbooked. When I walked in at 1 pm, there were about 30 people waiting. She replied that she had not overbooked but that the doctor had five emergencies. I asked her if they accepted walk-ins, and she said no.

I then said, "So how could there have been five emergencies?" At 5:30, they called me in and brought me to a room. I was waiting until 6:00 pm. I then asked when I was going to see the doctor, and they said after the next patient. The office has no respect for their clients. They are money-hungry and have no respect for the community they serve.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. My original appointment was scheduled for August 24 at 3:30 PM. A few days later, I received a call asking if I could come in earlier because the doctor would be leaving early that day — I agreed. However, without asking me, they later sent a confirmation text with a completely different date and time. This was never discussed with me. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 30 minutes before for a root canal procedure at 1:00 PM, and I ended up being there until 4:30 PM.

That’s 3. 5 hours of my day gone — and no one seemed to care about the long wait or offer any kind of explanation. Communication was poor, and the way they handle appointments is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects basic courtesy.
