WARNING: This is a FRAUDULENT SCAM ARTIST dental company! They will send you FALSE bills that are NOT connected to your insurance!!! 0 stars are not enough for this place. Not only is their customer service cold and underwhelming, they are rude to you on the phone and in the office. When I made an appointment with these folks for the first time ever, I was met with a clipped response that the appointment would be exactly an hour and to arrive a few minutes early. I did arrive on time, 10 minutes early in fact, and was treated rudely by the blonde receptionist on the first floor when I mentioned I knew about half of my insurance information. I attempted to joke with her and lighten to mood, but she wouldn't have any of it. She sent me upstairs after I waited a half an hour doing nothing. By now it was 40 minutes since I'd got there, 30 minutes into the appointment.
I said, let's skip the X-Rays, I can't wait this long as I was informed the appointment would only be an hour and I have another appointment. They hadn't even cleaned my teeth (that's all I was looking for) and I went upstairs to the second office to get my teeth cleaned. The lady there asked me to wait yet again, for some more time. Another 30 minutes went by and I saw three or four people check in and leave the office as I waited. Finally I went to the lady at the desk again. I asked her how much longer it would be and how long the teeth cleaning would be. She said it would be another 45 minutes once it began.
At this point I had been in the office for almost an hour waiting to be seen for an appointment I was told would only be an hour. I told the woman at the desk that I would not be able to stay as I had to pick up my car that was being fixed. I left without anything happening. After this, the next day, I received a false bill from them in the mail. When I investigated with my insurance company, they told me that there had been no claim filed and that they had not heard anything about these false charges. I will not be paying them.

I had a root canal done, which was ok. What was totally irresponsible was that I was told my part of the bill for procedure, after them speaking with my insurance, was about 1/3rd of the bill. After the procedure, I paid that amount, and 2 days later I get a bill for 2. 5 times that amount.
Not only did they not actually get the estimate for the procedure, they never informed me that the Doctor that did the procedure was only in my network in Portland, not in Biddeford. They did take some off of the bill, but I have had to pay twice what I was told I would have to pay because they did not do their job. I would never had had this root canal there if they had given me a fair and somewhat accurate estimate. I realize that estimates are just that, but to be $654.
00 off and expect me to pay it when it was their job to get the estimate is unforgivable. I was also sent a threatening letter claiming I had not sent the amount in full, when they had said it could be done in 3 monthly payments in two different emails. Total incompetence.
