BEWARE!!! Do not go to this practice. I also agree with the other reviews 1 star is not accurate but you have to select something. They deserve zero stars. So from the moment you walk into this office the ladies that work at the front desk are so rude and nasty. They have no business working with the public.

I have been going to this office for my 2 cleanings a year since it was close by to my home. Everything time I am there the doctors always say I need work done however I am always on top on any work I need since I use to work in the dental field. Of course my last cleaning the doctor comes in for the exam and says I need some fillings done. Fast forward to today I finally went to another office for a second opinion since I was not believing once again what they are telling me. I am so happy I went with my gut feeling since the new office I will be going to said I do not need any work.

My family and I are all leaving this practice best decision ever. This office is so unprofessional and the Dentist they employee only want your money and want to bill your insurance for things you do not need. I do not know how they are still in business STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Collazo and his staff were amazing! I went in with a broken molar (after being told by a different dentist that it couldn’t be saved) and Dr. Collazo determined it could be saved with a root-canal and crown. The root canal (my first) was practically painless. Dr. Collazo was very gentle and thorough from the initial injection (which I never felt) to the final crown.

The office staff was also extremely kind and helpful. I have been lucky to deal with excellent dentists in the past, but Dr. Collazo has topped the list. Many thanks to you and your staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I would like to first emphasize that the front office was very welcoming and eager to answer all my questions from the first step of setting up my appointment and following up with reminders. On my first visit they showed me what needed to be down and also pointed out what I previously had and a few things we needed to keep an eye on. They showed me informative video and after they went over my co pays with my insurance.

I have to say that I had a great experience and I have found my new dental office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collazo for 12 years and have been very impressed with the quality of his care as well as the excellent dental assistants and support staff on his team. I am 65+ years old and have had dentists across multiple countries and states over the years. The dental assistants are very thorough and have taught me self-care techniques and given me tips/insights I never had previously. My initial visit required “deep” (vs.

routine) cleaning due to apparently superficial care received in the last country where I resided. Dr. Collazo has provided expert treatment for cavities, crowns, receding gums, and “bonding” when problems are flagged by his assistants. He is great at thoroughly explaining treatment needs and options and fully involving his patients in the decision making process. Finally, the support staff is a joy to work with.

They are great in helping find the most cost-effective path between insurance, self-pay, etc. and will work with you for the optimal solution. The practice’s environment is very professional but also warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Collazo!
