Lost a customer. I've been coming here with my wife for cleanings and checkups until a recent unfortunate experience. Called on 7/30 to ask about getting a cleaning sooner as I would be on vacation. Was told that they would see us end of August which was a lie.
The office called to confirm my separate appointment for tooth pain and I told them I should have a sooner cleaning and they said nothing was available. Totally deceived by the receptionist with an attitude and the convo ended with her hanging up on me after telling me the dentist would not see patient's who don't get regular cleanings. I would avoid this place if you are a new patient.

I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist but everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Verner for 30 years. Over the years, I moved to another part of the city but I refuse to go to another dentist. It takes 45 minutes to get there but it is worth it. Dr. Verner is that good.
Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend the Dental House more highly. Dr. Verner is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well! Erin (hygienist) is great. Going to the dentist for cleanings is not at the top of my enjoyable things to do but they make it as great as it can be! I recommend Dr. Verner and the Dental house in the highest of terms!

I love this dentist…. I just find it ridiculous that I broke a tooth and I would be seen today to “look at it” but wouldn’t get treatment for almost a month. I think there needs to be some sort of emergency options at your dentistry or even temporary treatment. This tooth is tearing my tongue up and waiting a month is just not realistic. It’s forcing me to find another dentist

Not even worth 1 star! This Dr is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life time and I’m 70 yrs old. He has an ego problem, is not friendly at all, acts as though you are wasting his time. The first visit is nice because he dosent do anything but look at X-rays.
Every visit after which was only 2 for me and I regret going back the 2 nd time was a horrible experience. He is so rough and nasty and he has no patience! Then if u have a problem he denies there is a problem. I would NOT recommend anyone not even your dog go to this dentist! THIS DR IS A HORRIBLE HUMAN!
