Both my daughter and I were seen today for an initial visit/cleaning. My daughter(17) is not fond of dentists but she raved to me(and the office staff) about her hygienist and how comfortable the lady made her feel and that she is looking forward to coming back in 6 months. We had zero wait time, my hygienist asked if I had any concerns before we started, explained everything she was doing and was professional.

I am so glad I saw their ad on Facebook, read the reviews and made the decision to call for appointments. I've now referred 3 other people there just since I left the office at 5:15!!!!

As always, I get great experience at this facility. The staff is courteous and friendly. Doctors and hygienists are very knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend them.

I am deeply disappointed with the care I received at this dental office. What should have been a routine procedure turned into a nightmare due to negligence or incompetence. The dentist failed to properly diagnose and address the issue with my tooth in a timely manner. Their dismissive attitude and lack of thorough examination led to complications that could have been avoided.

As a result, I ultimately ruin my day to day life - a painful and unnecessary outcome. The lack of clear communication and accountability made the entire experience even more frustrating. I trusted this office to provide professional and competent care, but they failed me on every level. I do not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable dental care.

Negligence is unacceptable, and I hope others do not have to endure the same experience. If you are an existing patient here, I would advise you to ask many questions before performing anything other than routine cleaning and making yourself comfortable with negative outcomes.

Updated: Far as cleaning and minor work this practice is okay. I went here due to their extreme flexible hours. However, I would avoid this place when it comes to extensive work like crowns and root canal. I had several appointments for this paticular tooth. Ultimately we did a root canal. After several months i followed up with them to complain about pain. They took some xrays and told me I was fine. I went to several dentist for a 2nd and 3rd opinion and they both showed concerned and wanted me to see an endodontist.

I have recently went to an endodontist after still experiencing pain and infections I would find out it's due to having an instrument left in my tooth. They also showed me on the trays how the crown was not properly placed on. I am pretty hot now because I am going need to go to a oral surgeon and have the tooth removed, infection cleaned out, and have a implant. I am finding out implants are not covered under dental insurance. This is going cause me to be out of thousands of dollars out of my pocket. Since my review they left a message to call them. I call them soon as they left their reply. Shocking they did not pick up.

I left a message no return call. However, even when I was still experiencing pain you can see in my screen shot I called them in May 23rd to follow up. When I got in for my appointment they told me I was fine. I have recently moved to a new state and have tried requesting my xrays three times. My new dentist did not get them until my third call on December 30th. I at least said for basic work I would still recommend them. With how they miss managed my situation and avoided me I would not recommend them at all.
