Be aware of this place I purchased from Groupon routine cleaning including the the x-ray, so wen I want to the office my appointment was at 9:30 AM I was there in 10 minutes earlier, but no one was in the front desk. I waited for A while then this young lady come no, you uniform dressing up like she’s going to a party anyway I look at her and then I said I have my appointment at 9:30 after going true paperwork and sign in everything I mentioned that I have a thyroid I am not gonna be able to do certain x-ray. She said OK after I finish all the paper like she’s sitting next to me showing me I feel like unsecure because she’s touching my phone and she told me click on this sign. This sign that I said let me read first no just sign anyway after I did all the paperwork with her she said I am the doctor she took me to one room and then try to complain asking me Question about where I’m from and where I work, which is nothing to do what I’m coming for and then she told me how come you have thyroid ? 😳 I feel like why I’m here so and then she told me then we have to see you first I don’t know what kind of exam we’re gonna do.

I said listen I’m here just for what I purchased. I’m just want to do my routine cleaning. That’s all she said no we cannot do that. The doctor have to make sure if you need deep cleaning or need other Cleaning because if we don’t do that the lawyers I said excuse me what do you mean with the lawyers, she said oh they will not approve.

I said you know what I’m done. I just want to cancel. I don’t want to do anything be aware of stupid dumb people in that office don’t go there. location coconut creek

THE best dentist visit I've had in years! And boy, did I need that deep cleaning! Let me walk you through my experience. Very clean and bright office. Greeted with a friendly and polite staff. Easy registration. On the chair in 15 minutes.

My teeth got 3D scanned, X-rayed and checked thoroughly. I loved they took their time with me and listened to all my concerns. My dental hygienist is the best ever. Very knowledgeable.

Worst dental experience of my life. Run and keep running. The entire staff are extremely unprofessional. All of them barely speak English. Before I went in, I got a verbal confirmation that all images (x-rays and 3D) will be provided to me at the end via email (she even checked with the manager over the phone, and assured me it will be done). Lies! First, they never covered my neck to do the actual x-ray. Then the torture began. The guy who was doing 3D scan took almost an hour. Probably fresh out of school with no experience. The amount of radiation i received that day, due to lack of professionalism, will probably hunt me for many years. And then doctor Dora arrived, forgetting English words and asking for translation from others (how did she get her diploma in US is baffling).

Said they can not do simple cleaning or even medium but only deep cleaning (which i knew was not true, if you read the reviews for this place, you can tell this is their normal practice). Then she found other things that need to be fixed for a $1000 (or $500 if I join their club). She also insisted I need invisaligns. And finally, the front desk lady took me to the office and while using Google translate tried to do hard sales for at least 45min. Only $8000 total-its an amazing diacounted price, she said. What a bunch of clowns. So after 3 hours, I walked out of there with nothing done. Yet I had to pay for a visit. 2 days later they scheduled me for another appointment I didnt not authorize. Then they refused to provide me 3D images. And emailed only 1 x-ray photo with bad resolution.

I demanded all x-ray photos. At the end I got only 4 bad quality ones and none of 3D ones. I went to another clinic 2 weeks later. The doctor there laughed at 8K bill from this place. Said I need nothing on that list and approved simple cleaning (not deep). He was only upset the images were not showing the entire mouth and were not in full resolution. He didnt want for me to get another dose of radiation so soon and told me to redo them next year. Bottom line, if you value your health, money, and time - avoid Dental First Care at all costs.
