I was so happy when I found Dr. Shah. I hate the dentist but I needed 2 root canals and crowns. . a deep cleaning and I need to refill a cavity. Dr. Shah is so patient kind and has such a love for her job. I had no problems having dental work done here. The whole team took me from a nervous Nelly to a relaxed patient. I cannot put this office and staff on a better review. . .

there are not enough words to say how great they are. If there are any negative comments. . . ignore them and try them out yourself. . and again I hate the dentist but going to this office doesn't bother me in the least. . . thank you staff and Dr. Shah for letting me enjoy my dentist visits

I really like my dentist. Typically it takes about 20 or 30 minutes for a cleaning. It's the fastest that I've had though. But they do a really good job. They're friendly and very professional. I will recommend Dental Elements to friends and family.

My experience with this practice was nothing short of chaotic and unprofessional. From the moment I called Spencer’s office, I was scheduled for what I believed was a routine appointment, only to later be told I needed to go to Webster for an "emergency appointment. " However, when I contacted Webster, they had no knowledge of this arrangement and informed me that Spencer was the office with availability. Webster then scheduled me back at Spencer, only for Spencer to tell me in person that there were scheduling issues and they weren’t sure why I had been sent there. While they did ultimately see me, the disorganization was concerning from the start. Once I was seen—briefly, for less than 10 minutes—the exam was minimal. I was not given a thorough evaluation or clear explanation of my condition, yet I was told I needed a root canal. only two X-rays were used to confirm this; with out showing me any of them; instead, the dentist made the determination based on a quick sensitivity test. Which included her poking me for less than 10 seconds.

The only details provided to me were related to the financial aspect of the procedure, should insurance not cover it. Following my visit, I requested copies of my X-rays and appointment notes. It took several days to receive a response, and when I did, I was given only two X-rays with no accompanying notes. Every staff member I spoke with claimed they had no information about what happened during my appointment. Then, mysteriously, days later, notes suddenly "appeared" in their system, but I was still not provided with a copy. Instead of addressing my concerns, the office would only say they had no idea what had happened, and when pressed, their responses became increasingly inconsistent. I was also told conflicting information about my appointments. Initially, I was under the impression that I had a separate routine appointment scheduled, only to later be told it had been pushed back due to the so-called emergency appointment—something that was never communicated to me. Additionally, I was informed that if I wanted a filling repaired instead of proceeding with a root canal, it would require a different doctor.

This made no sense considering the person recommending the root canal was not the one performing it either. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout this entire process has been incredibly frustrating. At one point, after I stated I would call back once I had the chance to speak directly with the dentist, my appointment was canceled without my confirmation, and I simply received a text stating I could reschedule. To make matters worse, every appointment I have scheduled has been made over the phone, yet I was later told that the system showed I had "self-scheduled" online—meaning someone in the office input the information incorrectly rather than booking my appointments properly. Overall, this experience has been completely unacceptable. The lack of organization, clarity, and professionalism in handling patient care is deeply concerning. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this practice to anyone.
