This is the worst dentist office, Or honestly any Professional Medical office I've ever Seen. They don't even have a dentist at the location. I've been charged for appointments I didn't even have and told I missed one that I know for sure NEVER Existed. I was having extreme tooth pain And instead of helping me The "dentist "just told me he had a Facebook special going on for 20,000$ dental implants.

I only needed one tooth pulled. I had to find an emergency dentist within 2 days just to get the tooth pulled and pay completely out pocket. This place Has now informed me They don't even have a dentist In the Greensboro office at the moment so they can call me back whenever they're staffed for my appointments.

After my implants I am not feeling too much discomfort. In Fact I'm SHOCKED there is little to no pain. Dr. Kelly and his associates did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased and impressed with the service, from beginning to end.

Made an appointment three months prior. I have three kids so I have to schedule babysitting for appointments. They called three days before and cancelled my appointment.

They also did the same to my husband! We both have Medicaid so for them to cancel bc the Medicaid provider isn’t going to be in…. mind you we made these appointments three months in advance. Very discriminatory and unprofessional if you ask me

My daughter had an appointment with the Greensboro office today for a cleaning, or so we thought. I had purchased a Groupon for her x-rays and cleaning. The office “manager” was clearly lacking in customer service skills. That “manager” stated that there was an additional cost outside of the purchase of the Groupon. This cost was unknown to me and a complete surprise.

It was not a great cost, but it was her indignant attitude that was totally offensive. There were at least four other people patients who witnessed the exchange between the “manager, my daughter and I. At one point she abruptly stood up and declared something like “we will never use that Groupon service again”! She raised her voice at us which was totally unacceptable. I have never experienced an exchange like that in a professional setting. I wanted to leave immediately and select a new dental office prior to the cleaning but my daughter just paid the “added on” cost and went in to see the hygienist.

I am sorry to say that I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. As I sat in the waiting area for my daughter, that “manager” made a show of treating people extra and extremely sickeningly sweet and insinuating that they aren’t in the business of shaming people. An attitude adjustment is highly recommended for this dental location. I recommend zero stars for customer service here.
