if i could put zero stars i would. set an appointment, 7 months in advance, called to confirm the appointment the week before and the day before. and still i arrive to my appointment 10 minutes early to still have to wait an hour! it got to the point it was just ridiculous so i left.

No stars! I have been a patient with this facility in Vineland NJ for the past year and every single experience I’ve had here has been a HORRIBLE one to say the least. From the long wait times, to the overbooking of clients, and rescheduling appts because of the overbooking, it still hasn’t changed. I had an appt today 2/27/25 at 1pm. Against my better judgement, I decided to go back after not being seen in almost a year because no one accepts my insurance where I am located, so I feel like I had no choice.

I arrive at 12:45 with a waiting area full of people about 10-15 people, so I already knew what I was in for. Once 1:55 hit and I seen only 2 people were called back within that 1 hr and 10 mins, I knew I’d be another hour or so, which I refused to do. So once again, I’m back to square one trying to find a dentist that is reliable for me and my family. I do not recommended ANYONE choosing this practice, you will be disappointed guaranteed!

True Heart

I cannot recommend dental care of South Jersey enough! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and professional atmosphere. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. The waiting area was clean, modern, and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment that immediately put me at ease. The Dentist and the entire team were phenomenal. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, addressing all my questions with patience and expertise. Their gentle and caring approach made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.

The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which not only made my treatment efficient but also allowed me to better understand my dental health. They showed me my X-rays and walked me through their findings, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. What really stood out to me was the level of comfort they provide. They consistently checked in to make sure I was okay during the procedure and explained all post-treatment care instructions clearly. For someone who’s typically nervous about dental visits, this was a game-changer. The billing process was transparent and straightforward.

They worked with my insurance and clearly outlined all costs upfront, which I greatly appreciated. Whether you’re in need of a routine cleaning or more complex dental work, Dental Care of South Jersey is the place to go. Their blend of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care sets them apart. I’ve already recommended them to my family and friends and can confidently say I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! I had great expectations for my dental cleaning but was very disappointed. The girl cleaning my teeth did almost no work on my tarter buildup and less on my cleaning. As usual Dr. Pettisani was wonderful but he should have noticed that the cleaning was substandard.
