Great customer service and care. Really accommodating to any special needs. I needed to lay with my head elevated and Dr Lev had no problem doing the work standing up. Very gentle cleaning.

Hello everyone, if you see this review ignore all the other ones this review is a 100% accuracy. Please do not go to this dentist and i will tell you why. First the secretary thinks she rules the office she is very rude and unprofessional when my mom tried to make an appointment for me she started hanging up on her for no reason at all and told my mom “don’t come here”; then she was claiming that my mom was “Harassing” her even though my mom was politely trying to make a appointment and even when she hung up multiple times my mom still called back nicely trying to understand why the secretary was hanging up. This is not the only reason i say don’t go to this dentist.

My whole dads side of the family has gone to this dentist and boy they were rude and unpleasant my uncle went there and ended up having a argument with the people there because of how unprofessional they are, and trust me there work isn’t good at all one of my friends also went to this dentist and left there office with a toothache and when she tried to call back and say that her tooth hurts and there might be something wrong the secretary again hanged up the phone and said again “don't come here anymore”. Please save yourself trouble and don’t come to this dentist and don’t bother trying to read the other comments because they make you write a good review when you go in there office so all those reviews are fake just like their “professional work”. I took this time to write this review to save people trouble. And i know that the secretary is probably gonna respond back and say all of this is not true but it is, i already know every trick up there sleeves this whole office is a charlatan claiming “there work is amazing” they are horrible and they will say this is not true just because they want money all money they don’t care about there patients if they did they wouldn’t act this way.

Last year, I broke my tooth and went to a dental clinic in Manhasset. At first, the husband-and-wife team seemed to care about my health and teeth, and they were very nice to me—but it turned out to be a trap. I paid $8,000 in cash for part of my tooth repair, and they also took $8,000 from my insurance company. After the procedure was done, I told them I was still in pain and felt uncomfortable with my tooth. Instead of helping me, the dentist’s wife accused me of harassment and told me to leave the office.

I was really disappointed. They pressure patients to leave positive reviews, but they don’t actually care about your health. Today, a year later, I called them again because I’m still in pain. They told me they couldn’t do anything and that I need to see a specialist. They act very confident and convincing, but in reality, they are taking advantage
