This is a dental office I suggest no one visits the dental hygienist have no professionalism from the time you sit to the time you leave they’re asking you every personal question possible that is not related to your care. It is like an interrogation room. Very uncomfortable environment. The dentist comes in with no personality. I wonder why they’re still in existence.

You ask them to give you a picture of your tooth and they say it’s impossible. You ask them to give you a picture of the tooth that has been removed and they say it’s been crushed. They are just difficult to work with no professionalism period.

If you are getting your wisdom teeth removed, buckle up, put your gears on 2, and listen closely to the experience that I've "survived" (because it felt like that). Firstly, getting an appointment is fairly easy and straightforward, not going to lie, its nice having such procedure procured in a timely manner. Now that the pros of this place is settled, lets talk the cons. Which is the only reason this place is getting a 1 star. It feels like a butcher house, with each patient going in and out as fast as possible, where doctors, associates, nurses, who knows even the janitor too, trying to clean, prepare, and get the next patient in. Its now my turn. I get put in the adjacent room where I'll be operated on, and as this moment I can hear much noises of cleaning and preparing, so nothing much was going through my mind at this point. One nurse came to put a needle in my inner elbow, and I could tell she was a novice based on the interactions and her demeanor, but understand everyone starts from somewhere. So she attempts one, and pain. But I give no complaints as she tries for two.

Pain. But still no complaints. Attempt three. So much pain, that I had to wince and she noticed and gave up. Make your novice nurses practice more in the back please it hurts so bad, my words are understated. I get called to the operating table, and much discourse is occuring, I'm confused, concerned, like a child without their mother in walmart. No information is given, no reassurance, straight operating time. But what about the anesthesia you might ask? This veteran of a lady, whom I may or may not invite to my wedding (its a no) comes up to me, balls my hand to a fist, then without a warning, uses her ancesterial power of a 3000 horse powered truck and jammed, not insert, a needle in my hand. And proceeded to, for some unholy scripture, to vibrate it as violently as possible. But I tank the pain.

Realizing its no use at this point. So much chaos, so little reassurance, I thought I too would've saw grandpa. Nonetheless they proceed. Next thing you know I'm awake, is the procedure over you ask? Ask the drilling in my mouth, the bright lights through my eyes lids, they all point to --> NO. So I muster the energy, the courage, to raise my right arm, and back slap someones stomach. To which I'm out. Next thing I notice I'm going in and out of my anesthesia DURING my operation. Then in a wheelchair, then shooed out through a back entrance to a car then my safe homely abode. No sorry, no apologies, straight business, their motto "in and out".

We needed urgent wisdom teeth removal due to an infection and were happy that they were able to schedule us so quickly. We paid $1,300 out of pocket for the service as our insurance was having some issues that we were resolving on the back end and we were assured that the claim could be made later. So we proceed with the surgery and the back area was a little scary and someone was literally screaming. I get that people react differently to anesthesia but it didn’t help that some of the equipment in the room was a little rusty and it felt like a horror movie. Anyway, the surgery itself went well and without complications. I asked for a different medicine than what the dentist prescribed and they said they did give me something different but when I had the prescription filled, it was the same thing in a lower dosage. When we were leaving, the staff was shooing us out of the pickup spot before I could even get buckled in. I called back several times, first to ask follow up care questions and no one ever called me back. Then to submit the claim, which they told me to email so I did. I followed up twice and asked to confirm receipt of my emails and no one ever replied. After two weeks, I called to try and speak to someone and they said the claim was paid so they didn’t submit it.

(Of course it was paid, I paid for it. I was trying to get reimbursed. ) They finally submitted the claim to the insurance company and told me to follow up in two weeks, so I did call back when I didn’t see the claim on my insurance policy. At this point, two of my dentist claims processed between the surgery date and the time of the call. The representative was very rude and condescending, saying that my claim would take longer because it was a surgery and telling me that I don’t know how insurance works. Which, I do work in insurance. . just as an FYI. So I asked for the itemized receipt so I could file the claim myself and she said I don’t need it because they’ve already sent it and to call my insurance company in two more weeks. Whatever. I call the insurance company two weeks later and they said they never got the claim.

So I called this facility back just to ask for the itemized bill again and the representative was rude and condescending again! I even told her I just want the bill so I don’t have to call her back. She said she would email it and I never got it. The dental claim finally processed, and I asked the insurance company to send me the check instead of them, which they said they would have to stop the check to the facility but they didn’t. The representative was again rude over the phone when I was trying to confirm if the check was able to be cashed, as I was told by the insurance company that they would be sending me a check directly. She tried to say she JUST explained everything to my husband and was again, condescending and rude. I wasn’t trying to drive 40 miles for a stopped check so I was just calling to make sure before we made the trip. We picked up the check today and the representative had an attitude again. I’m glad that we will never have to deal with them again and don’t recommend using this facility.

I had the most pleasant experience when I had my wisdom tooth pulled. I was put under sedation which is what I wanted. I was called back about five minutes before my appointment schedule and was out in my car 45 minutes later. I felt no pain during the procedure of course and the minimal pain afterwards was taken care of with two ibuprofen. I really did not even need that. I just took it in case there was worse to come. Now the problem. They charged me a 3% convenience fee for the use of a credit card. The problem was that they did not tell me beforehand they did that. If I had known by being told I could have brought cash. They do not take checks and I do not blame them. They should have told me there was a "convenience fee". Who was it convenient for? Certainly not me. My out of pocket for one wisdom tooth extraction under sedation was $195. 70 so far.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

. . . . . . . . . My doctor was Dr Michael Pruett. The NP that set up the IV also did a good job with minimal pain. The packed the empty socket with gauze and it only needed changing one time. I wish they had done me right on the billing so I could give five stars. The "convenience fee" was about $5.
