I love how welcome and safe I feel with my hygienist having my teeth cleaned was like catching up with a friend. I am touched with how much she cares about making sure I give my teeth the best care. Even if I forget to wear my mouth guard.

We couldn’t be more happy with our experience. We were able to schedule an appointment for the very next business day and left with two sore teeth being 100% resolved by the end of the day of the appointment. The ENTIRE staff were all so welcoming, friendly, and in great spirits.

A positive environment and really made the whole day great. I look forward to moving my entire family to this dentist office. Thank you ALL!

Was good for a year or so until I was lied to. I told the lady that called a few days prior to my appointment, that I could not do X-rays and she said as long as they have some on file, it should not be a problem. They told me if I signed a paper saying that I would not hold them liable they could do the teeth cleaning still. Day of the cleaning came, I had a completely new hygienist that was not mine which is fine.

She said I need X-rays I told her i told them I couldn’t a few days prior. She said I don’t care what you were told it is the law. She then proceeded to get the front desk lady that escorted me out of the office saying if I don’t get X-rays they will not see me. The problem is I was told prior that I would not need them.

I have problems getting X-rays and if I didn’t ask I could understand the hostility from them a little more, but this was asked prior. They wasted both their time and mine for something that could’ve been avoided if they were just honest up front. Guess I will have to find a nicer dentist to work with because they became super unprofessional unfortunately.

The hygenists and dentist are great. What's not great is the abysmal billing system. I am still going back and forth with them about a claim from October (it's now June). I have insurance that fully covers my routine dental care. My husband has the same insurance.

He never owes anything and meanwhile they're still sending HIM statements about MY bill that says I owe $100. I have talked to them over ten times on the phone and every time they just say insurance takes a long time. Fine - stop billing me then. And for the love of God stop sending the statements to my husband and stop calling him about it when it's my bill. We just got another statement and suddenly the balance is $300 even though I've stopped going.

I'm tired of calling and being told not to worry about it when they haven't even submitted a claim to one of my insurances (I called and checked). So all in all, if you don't mind dealing with the bill months after your appointment go here. If you want someone to actually bill you correctly and know how to deal with insurance, go elsewhere.
