I had the best experience here. Maryam had so much patience with me and answered all my questions. She heard how my last experience was somewhere else and made sure I understood everything before continuing. Will definitely be back in two weeks for my next appointment. Everyone was so nice and the office was very clean. Recommend to anyone wanting to find a new dentist.

I had a terrible experience with the scheduling process at this office, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I originally scheduled an appointment for March 7th, only to be told last minute that it would be a two-hour appointment, which I wasn’t informed of beforehand. To accommodate, I rescheduled for March 14th, received a confirmation email, and assumed everything was set. When I arrived for my appointment at 8:30 AM on March 14th, I was told I did not have an appointment.
My information wasn’t in one system, only to later be found in another—yet they still couldn’t see me because they were fully booked. Because of errors on their end, I now have to go another two weeks without the care I needed. The lack of communication and organization was beyond frustrating, and as a result, I will be finding a new provider. No patient should have to deal with this much back-and-forth just to be seen.
If you’re considering this office, be prepared for scheduling issues and miscommunication. It’s disappointing because I was willing to pay out-of-pocket for quality care, but I can’t justify staying with a practice that can’t even handle basic appointment scheduling. No need to reach out, i will not be rescheduling!

This was my 1st 🦷 visit with dental care at Ellis Crossing and I’ve got to say that I was impressed. No one likes to visit the Dentist and anxiety can run a little high but the Staff made my visit welcoming and stress free. Monique at the Front Desk was patient and very helpful. Maryam the Dental Hygienist was professional, friendly and has a great sense of humor.
Dr. Manepalli was kind and thorough and explained everything to me and provided information on necessary procedures to improve the Health of my Teeth. I give Dental Care an A+. 😁

I was really impressed with the care and professionalism of the hygienists Maryam at this practice. She not only was thorough and gentle during cleanings, but she also took the time to educate me on proper dental hygiene without being overwhelming. Every visit feels personal—like I’m in good hands with people who genuinely care about my health and comfort. Highly recommend!
