Dr. Khalil DMD, Alyssa RDH, and staff are excellent! I switched over from another local dentist and I’m happy I did. Their staff was extremely friendly, the location has ample parking, it’s very clean, they have the latest equipment in dentistry, and a wonderful system to remind you of your appointments. Alyssa is one of the best dental hygienist I’ve had—and Dr. Khalil took time to explain my procedure patiently and in terminology I could understand.

I witnessed him training dental assistants with kindness and professionalism. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend them. I brought my headphones to tune out the drilling with my music and I was very comfortable. Se habla Español also!

Amazing first experience. The best cleaning I've had at any dental office. Alex was detailed and descriptive in her work, invested in making sure we worked together to keep my teeth on a good path to great long term health and condition. Really was impressed with her attention to detail.

Dr. K came in with the knowledge of my dental history to comment with substance and provide the guidance you expect of an expert. Really Class A experience with these folks at Bannerman Village.

Fantastic office! I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time and everyone there was super nice to me. Im not a huge fan of the dentist but the atmosphere made me feel like I was in good hands. All of the staff were very skilled and I felt that I left with my teeth feeling much cleaner. Will definitely be returning.

The only saving grace of this office is Brianna. My husband and I came for a cleaning and to establish ourselves as patients. Our appointment was at 10:30 and we arrived early. My husband was called back at 10:05 and did not walk out until almost 2:30 PM. FOR A CLEANING! He has never been to the dentist before and so he did not know this was abnormal. Our appointment was at the same time and I went back at 10:10 and was done within 45 minutes with Brianna as my hygienist she is AMAZING. When it came to billing, my husband asked the receptionist Marisol to explain it to me since he wasn’t aware of what was normal because again, he had never been to a dentist. I was told he had one cavity and 3 forming plus he needed a deep cleaning which insurance might not cover. I was told that the bill will be submitted to our insurance and if they don’t cover the deep cleaning then we will get a check in the mail. I made an appointment for the cavity filling and the gel to go on the forming cavities.

When he was finally done at 2:30, the only reason I knew he was done was as because I heard him speak after he tapped his card and paid for something. Keep in mind I was told we would have no out of pocket fee today and the bill would be submitted to insurance. This was a different receptionist checking him out and she told me that they only submit the bill to insurance before the cleaning to see if it will cover it, but since he already had the cleaning we needed to pay before leaving. His hygienist also apparently put the cavity gel on his teeth even tho he was only there for a cleaning and we have the cavity filling appointment I made with the first receptionist after I was explained the billing that we had to pay anyways. We left after being there for 4 hours. After we got in the car, my husband told me that someone took him for x rays because his hygienist was behind and then Alyssa, his hygienist, didn’t start cleaning his teeth until 12:30. He also said that she was dozing off throughout his appointment. Apparently Alyssa had him make an appointment for the cavity is even tho I had JUST made one. I called while in the car and it took me 20 minutes to get them to figure out why he was scheduled again after I had already done it. Alyssa scheduled him for a cavity fill AND a cleaning for August 13.

Our appointment was June 5. That is not 6 months he should not need a cleaning that soon. After this whole thing, MY hygienist Brianna called me and was the ONLY one to apologize for the wait and everything that transpired. The only reason we will be coming back here is because she offered to take my husband on as her client and do his teeth the same time she does mine. Dr. Khalil is great and Brianna is great, but everything else was an absolute joke. No communication and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my husband since he had never been to a dentist and didn’t know anything that was really going on so they charged him $200 because they could. Too many cooks in the kitchen and not enough communication.
