I had an excellent experience with Dr Steinberg and the entire team at Dental Arts Studio. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr Steinberg took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and made sure I understood every step of the process.
The procedure itself was quick, pain-free, and done with great care. I truly appreciate the level of expertise and attention to detail here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist!

Do Yourself a Favor and Avoid Dr. Svetlana Steinberg – Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Downright Rude If you're even remotely considering Dr. Svetlana Steinberg for your dental care, do yourself a huge favor and RUN in the other direction. My experience with her was nothing short of a nightmare. For starters, she took over THREE MONTHS to try and get a simple insurance approval, and guess what? She never managed to get it done. During that entire time, NOT A SINGLE WORD of communication from her or her office. I had to constantly reach out, and when I finally heard back, it was from my insurance company.
They informed me that she doesn’t even know how to fill out insurance forms correctly. How does a dentist not understand basic paperwork? It gets worse. Dr. Steinberg and her hygienists clearly have no idea how to treat patients with respect. They are incredibly rude, dismissive, and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them for simply being there. The atmosphere in her office is toxic—it's as if they’re doing you a favor by showing up to work. And if you think that’s bad, let’s talk about her total lack of professionalism.
She doesn't show up to the appointments she herself schedules—how is that acceptable for anyone running a business, let alone a medical professional? There are plenty of top-notch dentists in the area, and Dr. Svetlana Steinberg is absolutely not one of them. If you value your time, sanity, and health, avoid her office like the plague. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows how to do their job.
