I went here for years didn't have a problem. All it took was one experience for me not to come back. My dental insurance covered 2 visits and I was told to pay them on my card $420. They wont refund my money after insurance covered. They even acknowledge via email they were paid from both me and insurance. Pretty crappy to of went to this dentist office my whole life and now have a problem where they chose to keep double payments from insurance and myself. Customer service is horrible they flat out ignore my calls and ignore emails.

12/26- Update: I got some money back from INSURANCE not the dentist office. I filed for an investigation, the Insurance appeals team mailed me a letter stating Dental Arts owes me the remaining they still have not paid of $265. . which they still refuse to pay. Dr. Generelli refuses to get on the phone to speak with me or anyone else who is in charge. Krishma is the receptionist who is refusing to bring this matter to the attention of anyone higher up and have it resolved.

Horrible customer service. Horrible treatment of customers. THEY ARE TERRIBLE NEVER GOOOOO HEREEEEEEEE . THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND THEN GET PAID BY INSURANCE TOO. They are crooks.
