Horrendous “customer service”. I have been waiting on a reimbursement for 4 months. I have followed up multiple times a month with zero direct answers from Delta Dental. Each time there is a different excuse and reason why they can not answer my questions directly.
Besides the fact that this company is not helpful, they are also some of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. I could not believe when they were quite literally yelling at me over the phone. Avoid this company, it will be worth your peace and sanity.

I have been a customer of Delta Dental for a very long time. And I can honestly say that your customer service department is beyond excellent. I have never had a problem or dealt with someone that wasn’t kind helpful patient and very informative.
Thank you for always maintaining your standards of excellence. I recommend you to everyone that asks me about Dental Insurance. And also I am 69 and I could have dental through Medicare but i choose to stay with you

I am having major issues with your insurance company. I needed three crowns in the last 2 years - you guys denied coverage for all three despite 2 different dentists saying they were neccessary. I have been trying to resolve a claim issue using a third party company for months.
It is crazy, stressing and almost impossible to get a hold of anyone with you guys. I have never ever had before such a bad experience than with you

at deltadental. com website is the worst. none of my coworkers who have been mailed new dental ID cards can register because the website is horrible and won't allow us to register. Error error error. With all the money they make they can't afford a better designed website and someone in chat 24/7 and not have to email and wait for 2 to 3 weeks, it says 10-14 business days.
. to get a response. their customer service is awful. Time to report this fraudulent Delta dental for what it is, ripping off the consumer and not being held accountable!!
