I initially thought this dental office stood out above the rest, but my experience quickly turned into one of the worst I've ever had. Services were repeatedly pushed on me despite my clear refusals. Pricing was vague, with estimates based on guesses, and Dr. Pike provided treatment advice without knowing my medical history—an unprofessional approach.

My temporary crown was dropped on the floor, and I was quoted $800 for a night guard by a dental assistant. Later, another staff member informed me that the correct price was $500—a still exorbitant amount, especially after being told it would need to be replaced annually. Future treatments were recommended, which a second opinion later confirmed to be unnecessary. I spent $3,500 out of pocket, trusting this office, and left with another $10,000 in anticipated future procedures.

Worse, I began experiencing pain in previously healthy teeth and developed gaps that were never present before the treatment. This office clearly prioritizes profit over patients, showing no interest in meaningful communication or genuine care. If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, there are far better options elsewhere

I had a great expierence at this dentist office. They made me feel amazing and happy. They also did a great job in taking care of my teeth, making sure that I was able to smile once again. You can tell that all of the employees love their job and were very helpful, even when my dad asked if they accept the VA dental. They explained everything courteously and he was very happy. He and I were totally satified with our experience here.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I had not been to a dentist for a long time and they made me feel right at home with the new patient treatment! I did have a few things to address and Dr. Pike and the hygienists were very patient with all of the questions that I had.

They went into thorough detail of what I will need to have done and even showed me all of the things they were addressing. Very good experience and I have no doubts about returning to them for my treatments!
