I would not want anyone else working on my teeth. Super friendly - not what you think of when you think of dentist.

I may have been spoiled for having the same extraordinary dental services in VA for 10+ years but that could not account for my disappointment with DDS. First I was made to wait an hour from my appointment time for a routine cleaning. The receptionist, dentist nor her assistants introduced themselves as a customer service point. Little to no dialouge on steps in the apppointment to establish myself as a patient, as in "we need new X-rays for your teeth".
Their technology was very much outdated (software and hardware visible) as well as their offices for patients were shared. Lastly, after the shortest "cleaning" of my teeth I did not even have a conversation as to the condition of my oral hygiene. Since the office was near to me I decided to visit again during their office hours but not at a scheduled appointment time to find a locked door, extremely suspicious.
