I am very disappointed with the way they treat people here. They are 100% about the money and not the service. My son was their patient for two years and once the insurance cover was over, they tried to maximize their profits by giving excuses not to remove the braces. The front desk staff told me I can come to the clinic to get the brace removed and once I get there (after driving one hour), she said I can only get adjustment and not a removal as it takes two hours to do that.

Why wasn’t I informed on the call ? Yes obviously to make me commit and pay for an extra 180$ for the removal which will be on the next appointment. It’s so unprofessional and disgraceful.

The absolute best! Dr. Kaur and her staff are excellent. I always felt confident that I would get the best care whenever I came into the office. They are very professional, efficient and absolutely know what they’re doing. I’m glad to have my braces off, but I will certainly miss the care and attention that I received. I wish that they did more than orthodontics; I would love for them to do all of my dental care. I would be remissed if I did not mention, Litzy and Chris, Dr.

Kaur’s dental assistants. Litzy and Chris are “rock stars“ in my book! To be so young, they work and function as if they have a lifetime of work experience. I must say that in all of my years of dental care, they are the most impressive that I’ve ever come across. Again, I wish that Dr. Kaur‘s office could be my primary dentist and Litzy and Chris have a lot to do with me saying that.

Bwi auto sales LLC

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this orthodontist office was incredibly disappointing and deserves to be shared. From the beginning, it felt like their main focus was on squeezing as much money as possible out of their patients, rather than providing quality care. The late fees are outrageous — even if you’re just a few minutes behind they’ll charge a crazy fee & ask you to reschedule. It feels less like a healthcare facility and more like a collection agency. On top of that, they charge sky-high prices for retainers that are nowhere near worth what they cost.

I was quoted $500, $800, $650 then $700 for ONE RETAINER. Then when I expressed that retainers should never cost as much they asked “why not go somewhere else we’re a fancy office”. The front desk staff is frustrating. The receptionist was not only unprofessional, but openly tried to bargain with me over prices, like I was haggling at a flea market instead of discussing medical care. It’s clear that pricing isn’t consistent and depends on who they are talking to.

This office gave me serious doubts about their ethics and professionalism. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for orthodontic care unless you want to deal with financial games, unhelpful staff, and a clinic that prioritizes profit over patients.
