Poor parking options, confusing front desk practices, and old equipment. The dentist knows that he's doing but he isn't gentle and his assistants seem tired of his lack of care for patients. Highly unprofessional practice. Dentist doesn't care about patient pain level, assistants complain about patients/work, neither have good bedside manner.

You aren't walked through your procedures or given your dental records to know which teeth are damaged for future reference. I will never recommend nor return.

Apparently scheduling an appointment 3 weeks in advance was not enough time to actually put us on the schedule. Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude (we remember the date we were told because of how rude this same lady was over the phone) With this woman at the front desk, no wonder the parking lot was empty. Needless to say we wont be going back.

Horrible bedside manner, I told him I did not floss as we were not taught as children yet he insisted on me showing him and then telling me I deserved an "F" grade for it among a slew of negative condescending comments. Doesn't care if you are in pain and is not very thoughtful in how he describes what he is doing. I left my appointment in tears. Went to another local dentist who reassured me my teeth were not nearly as bad as he claimed and are so gentle and nice.

Avoid this dentist. I really wish I would have.

I have tried to call several times. The recording always says office is closed. Finally got a call back today and the woman told me they got my messages. She also told me to stop calling and wasting me time and breath. How rude is that. She should have a course in in being human and how to talk to people. The dentist should read his reviews.
