Isabela is very polite and professional. She put me at ease during the initial consultation. Dr. Voit also came in and explained the process further. This dental facility has a very comfortable waiting room. Everyone is very polite and friendly.

They have amazing technology that really shows you the problem areas and they provide great solutions. The surgeon was amazing, the anesthesiologist put me at easy, was very gently inserting the iv (I’m afraid of needles). They did a phenomenal job all the way around. They all work as a TEAM- there is a very good culture here and it shows with entire staff. I never thought at age 46 I would have all of my teeth removed and get implants both top and bottom. They are prepared and have a plan for you and it works.

Couldn’t be happier with how I was treated and the payment options they provided. There’s even a hotel that is across the street that they recommend that is very good for those that are having early morning procedures. I give them 5 stars- honest, direct, but not pushy.

I went 10 years without any teeth or dentures, because the dentures just wouldn't stay in my mouth properly despite many adjustments and remakes. I was so self conscious about my appearance I became far less socialble. I started shopped around for implants a few years ago but found not only Implants were financially out of reach, but most of the places locally were just starting up with doctors lacking experience. I did not want to pay to be a ginny pig. , I finally came across D5 and was pleasantly surprised to find that D5 not only had the best price, but by far the most experienced staff. I have had my teeth now for about a year and a half.

I am so glad I made the decision to use D5. Dr Voit and the entire staff have been wonderful. Every visit they welcome me like family. They are fast and efficient, while still being caring and personable. I would recommend them to everyone.

WOW…. What an amazing experience. I had periodontal disease with severe bone loss. MY teeth were becoming loose and shifting in my mouth. I got separate dental opinions and they all agreed my teeth could not be saved. I went to a local implant specialist, and they quoted me $54,000 for both arches and extractions. They did not offer Zirconia teeth and I would have to wait 4 months to receive my permanent teeth. That’s when I found Dr. Voit and D5 teeth in Glenview, IL (a suburb of Chicago). At my consultation I met with Isabel, who took a quick scan of my teeth. Then Dr Voit discussed my scan and my severe bone loss (80%) and my options. He said I was a candidate for the all on 4 procedure. They had special pricing for the grand opening of the clinic. $29,500.

00 for all extractions and top and bottom arches made from zirconia. Isabel got all my financing approved at the first visit and we scheduled the procedure in three weeks. Now the scary part, extracting about 28 teeth. They gave me a pill to take an hour before my appointment and another when I arrived. I felt no pain at all. I was asleep and awake during the procedure. I was awake enough to follow simple commands like turn towards me, open wider, etc. After the 3 hour procedure they gave me a pain pill and we went to the hotel a block away for the night. Joey at D5 teeth booked the hotel for us and they even paid for it. I took another pain pill that night at the hotel even though I had no pain, (my wife made me so I would sleep thru the night). The next day before my 12 o’clock appt for my temporary teeth I felt well enough to go shopping at Costco for 2 hours. The next day Onethea put my temporary teeth with out any pain at all. Dr. Voit adjusted my bite and took 3D pictures to make my Permanent teeth and I was on my way home after about an hour.

I was scheduled to come back in 9 days to get my permanent teeth. I think it would have been sooner if it wasn’t over the Christmas holiday. Today, they put in my permanent teeth and they look and feel amazing. The zirconia teeth feel better than the temp teeth. These are very smooth like glass. I thought the temp teeth looked very good also. I spent most of my time with Onethea which is good because she is amazing. You really feel like she cares about your well being. Dr. Voit is also awesome, he is very personable and down to earth. He feels like a family friend. The rest of the staff (Joey, Isabel, Martin , and Angela) were so nice and very professional. I cannot recommend D5 Chicago enough, and they were $20,000 cheaper than anyone else!

From start to finish the folks at D5 were professional, courteous, supportive, knowledgeable and talented. I think that I was a pretty difficult case but the level of individual attention and care that I received was outstanding. If anyone out there needs dental implants for whatever reason, I would highly recommend using them for your oral implant needs.

They are changing people’ lives in positive fashion one mouth at a time. I for one could not be a happier customer.
