Scheduling is easy, insurance is handled smoothly, and they even follow up with a thank-you note. It’s dental care that feels like self-care—I actually look forward to appointments now.

I’ve been going here for about 2+ years and I LOVE this practice. Crystal is a talented, kind and thoughtful dentist. When I met her, I just came from a prior dentist who told me I would need a tooth removed. She said we could save it and did. She’s always patient and informs of each step she’s doing during procedures. She’s the “star player” but she’s incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing supporting cast in Mrs Joanne.
She’s so integral with scheduling and insurance information. Plus the sweetest. I’ve now started my Invisalign process and couldn’t be happier. Them being black women gives this practice the “cherry on top”.

Wonderful service. I find this office to be cutting edge, clean and innovative. The staff lives up to the idea of a Dental Spa, relaxing and clean. If you are ever in doubt or had negative feeling of the dentist's office, Crystal Dental Spa will fix that. Highly recommended.

I felt welcomed by the receptionist, as soon as I stepped into the door. The music and the picture in the examination chair was very calming . Everyone was very friendly and loved the initial survey to determine expectations. Dr. Brickhouse and her technician explained every step clearly. She will definitely be my new dentist.
