Been coming since she started out in Covington only to be lied to and constantly manipulated by their staff. Overly expensive and no consistency with staff. It's a new person every single visit. I've been asking for a pre-approval for my implant for over a year by 3 different individuals. Still have yet to get answers. Years ago I purchased a lifetime teeth whitening kit. I was told I could get replacements anytime.

After they realized this was probably an expensive service for them then the lies started. First it was you only get the kit on your visits. I was getting two then it was one teeth whitening kit only. Last visit was you had a lapse in service years ago now we need to get approval for your whitening kits. Entire staff is full of it. Digging for ways to charge you for services unnecessarily. I no longer trust this establishment and will be seeking another dentist

A DIFFICULT POST TO WRITE. I HOPE IT HELPS SOMEONE. BOTTOM LINE: READ YOUR BILLS - THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU. MANY OF THEIR "BEAUTY SERVICES" DON'T WORK. SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED. I arrived at Creative Dentistry and MedSpa one day. The assistant told me Dr. Reddy wasn't available and Dr. Michael Thomas would help me. I was concerned but she said, "Trust me, you will be glad you are going to him. " She was correct. Dr. Thomas left the practice, and I saw many other Dentists afterwards. Between cleanings and Invisalign checkups CD invited me to check out their beauty services. I paid several 1000's for a facial treatment. This is in addition to $1000s paid for Invisalign. The facial treatments did not work at all. It was some type of micro-needling? I complained to the aesthetician, but she couldn't make it work even after about 5 appts. Then one day, she was no longer there. After a cleaning, they invited me to a Botox party. I attended, expecting to be able to watch a few people get injections.

NOPE! When I arrived, there was no one there except the staff, and perhaps one client. They were all friendly and had treats and drinks, expecting a nice turnout. But no one was there. That should have been my sign. I was immediately escorted to an exam chair and told about the procedure and price. Again, not really what I expected. I told them I really didn't know if I was ready to do it because I only want my "11's" to be corrected and I don't want to look garish or like a monster. Dr. Reddy came and told me she was an expert at injections, and that she wouldn't make me look crazy. She told me I needed a bunch of injections in places that didn't make sense to me, as I only wanted my "11's" done. But Dr. Reddy told me I needed to get all of the other areas done in order to fix the "11's". And of course the price is PER INJECTION. The PAINFUL injections did not erase my "11's" and I came back so Dr. Reddy could try to fix it. I ended up looking very GARISH for about 5 months to the point that the guy I was dating showed me a photo and said, "Where did this lovely lady go?" and dumped me. NEVER AGAIN! But beyond the money I've paid for ineffective services, I stopped coming because after I was told I paid in full for the facial treatments, they would tell me I still owed money. I received a phone call from yet another new staff manager Sabrina, who said Dr. Reddy asked her to come back after numerous people had billing issues and more. So I returned for a Crown, because I thought she sounded sweet and trustworthy. WRONG! They billed an erroneous $500 "dental fee" which under the negotiated contract Dr.

Reddy is NOT allowed to charge. Sabrina told me this has happened to quite a few people and that even though this is outside of the contract, Dr. Reddy insists that they add it to the patients billing. CROOKED much?? Some of us check some of us don't. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. I had to ask repeatedly to get my refund, which I did finally receive after telling them I spoke to the insurance provider. Then my CROWN POPPED OUT WHILE EATING SOFT FRENCH FRIES!! It's only been 5 months, and they told me the painful Crown procedure would never be needed again because the Crown is PERMANENT. My new dentist told me "that is a lie". I sent polite messages for months regarding all of these situations and I followed up to ask for my files and also to tell them my Crown popped out. NO RESPONSE! When I finally texted them that they had until Tuesday, they had the AUDACITY to send me a letter stating I was rude. Please read my screenshots, and you will see I was never rude. I guess "rude" is asking for a refund of fraudulent charges or finally holding them accountable for ineffective procedures. They are likely used to rich people not even paying attention to bills, or just moving on to the next dentist. I gave them approximately $10K of my hard earned money, and they didn't respect it. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM. TOO MANY STAFF SWITCHES AND DENTIST SWITCHES. CLEARLY SOMETHING IS WRONG AT THE TOP. .

I am very “BIG” on customer service and a clean environment. Creative Dentistry & Medspa provides excellent customer service! The office is very clean and beautifully decorated. From my initial call to the front desk, the hygienist to the doctor. I was greeted with a smile and everyone was friendly.

Dr. Tabba is very detailed in her work. She took the time to discuss my x-rays and the plan of action. I look forward to my next appointment!

Amazing people, lovely experience every time! Been going to this dental practice for a decade and been to every location and the professionalism and work ethic never cease to disappoint. Will recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
