The staff here are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and the facilities or so clean and child friendly. I saw multiple kids walk out with big smiles after leaving their appointments. As far as customer service goes, you get text reminders for your appointments, friendly people answering the phones. I was worried my 3 year old wouldn’t allow them to look into her mouth but Dr.

Berlin immediately put her at ease by asking her questions about herself, showing her stickers, and putting on her favorite movie, Frozen, while she got her teeth cleaned. Dr. Berlin and his assistant, allowed time for breaks when she got upset and showed her the equipment before using it. Highly recommend this dentist and tell all my co-workers about them. Thanks for such a great experience!

This was our 3rd dentist we got an opinion from and I cannot speak highly enough of this office. From the moment you walk into the office it is kid friendly. The office staff is exceptional and so kind and helpful. They were efficient but didn’t make me feel rushed. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful.

I had talked with her over the phone as well as in the office and she went above and beyond for hearing me out and getting us taken care of! Dr. Berlin listened to me and made me feel heard and really took the time to explain all of the potentials for my 4 year olds surgery. I am so thankful for a team of people that you can tell they care. They are exceptional at pediatric care from the waiting room, the ipads, the tvs on the ceiling and in the rooms, all of it makes for a wonderful experience.

This is by far the best pediatric anything related to health I've ever been to. There's ipad station in the waiting area and very cool space themed art. I brought my 5-year-old daughter in for our first ever appointment and we were so late I was fully anticipating getting a fee or something, which is totally within their right.

They still saw us! They were so patient and so kind I didn't have to worry about anything and I know that my kiddo is very curious and likes to insert herself into everything. Everything was easy and worry-free for a first ever pediatric dental appointment.

What a great place! We've seen Dr. Berlin who's fantastic with the little ones. They are very in tune with the needs of the child which makes a difference (especially with children who have anxiety or sensory issues. ) I would absolutely recommend checking them out you will not be disappointed.

Their staff is very friendly and the ambiance of the office is amazing. The whole theme is really cool and sets the tone for the visit (in my opinion. ) Bravo to Cosmic Smiles and the minds behind creating it! See you in 6 months
