went here almost 2 years ago and it all went well. I had to travel to a different office on the west side but they pulled out my tooth fast and we're all curious. I wish the dentist would have told me to try n be relaxed before he started but started shouting while already pulling & confused me but otherwise a good dentist appointment I recommend these guys for tooth pulling.

while looking for a dentist here in Vegas and not having insurance my cousin highly recommended me this place, I hate dentist in general ive lived my whole life in a dentist office since I was 6 stopped at 13 when they removed my braces so I was done with this whole thing. By that before coming here I read all the bad reviews this place had specially that someone had gotten infection, so I said no there is no way im going there. My cousin insisted, she was very happy with the service that she got, so I decided to give it a try, My first visit I was super scare my hands were shaking and in less than an hr I was already out with a beautiful smile! it made me feel so great The dr is Amazing! goes right to the point. It was so great that I made another appointment for a different tooth.

Second visit same thing went great. Did not felt any pain, dr was very quick and again I was out in less than an hr. Now I cant wait to go back for a deep cleaning. If you hate dentists and hate waiting and having lots of appointments because every time you go they find something else(that's what other doctors will always do to me) then this is the place you want to be.

Friendly staff, Sincere Doctor and quick jobs. I highly highly recommend this place!

Don't ever go there all the want is your money. My insurance covers a cleaning they refused to do claiming that a deep cleaning was required at an additional cost of $130. 00. Further the unprofessional and unsanitary staff requested that I hold my own equipment as they worked. This is unacceptable at any medical facility where several unknown patrons before me were asked to handle supposedly sanitary equipment shared and again handled by medical staff.

It amazes me this facility is allowed to operate in these conditions. The staff was rude and I am not happy with the quality of work performed. Do not use this dentist.

Dr. Hai is absolutely tremendous. He tool excellent care of my daughter and saved her life. Her teeth were badly infected & had been to different dentists since March. Before she even went back to Dr. Hai's in April she had bone infection from previous extractions in March. I am wandering if my daughter could get her dentures done there her regular dentures. Thank you Dr. Hai and team.
