Dr. Hangval has been our dentist for over a decade. We’ve also had the pleasure of seeing the wonderful Dr. Erica Vetter.

We’ve been nothing but pleased & grateful for their excellent work, reasonable prices, kind and competent clinical & administrative staff, and of course, their focus on compassionate care. They really treat you like family, and they make going to the dentist something AOK instead of something to dread. We love & trust them!!!

My family, including mom and dad have been patients for 14+ years. The whole staff works so hard to build the relationship and trust with the clients, we adore Amy and Dr. Hangval! I hate to give one start, because it' s not about Dr. Hangval or any other doctors here. This review is about his unprofessional staff. I was treated unprofessionally and poorly by the office manager Richard McCauley. I had some issues with this individual in the past, but at this time it was so awful. He makes own rules.

He was bullying me during the conversation, hung up the phone twice. He told me to get my X-rays and find another practice! All my requests to set up a meeting or phone call with Dr. Hangval were refused. I have been told that he is the manager here, and he will make all decisions. I'm looking forward to being contacted by the Owner of this practice Dr. Hangval to address my concerns.

My first few appointments went well, but at one point my insurance needed a panoramic X-ray or something similar. I had two appointments for cleaning and paid $244 per session. However, my insurance had already sent a check for $158. 90 for the first session and $98. 40 for the second session. The office claimed they never received these payments.

The last time I visited, I was told again that my insurance hadn’t followed up, but when I called my insurance, they confirmed all details and mentioned that I should receive a refund for the payments I made because they had indeed sent the checks. Since then, I've tried to follow up multiple times by email and phone. Each of the four times I called, the front desk lady asked if she could call me back, but she never did. As of now, I still have a credit of around $150 that I would either like refunded or properly accounted for in my case.

Hangval, there are 3 general dentists, one periodontist, 2 hygienists, and a wonderful cadre of support staff including dental assistants and office staff. Among the plusses of this practice are: • Ease of making an appointment, especially for emergencies • Most insurance plans are accepted • Caring, dedicated, efficient, wonderful staff • Skillful, well-trained professionals • Dental tips are shared • Saturday appointments • Dental “Goodie Bags”
