I’ve had 3 implants done here. Dr. B and his entire staff is top notch. 5 stars is hardly enough. 10 would be too little. I live up in the White Mountains of NH. I travel 4 hours to have Dr.B and his staff perform any oral surgery that I need. I highly recommend them. I’m not a child and don’t need any handholding.

Horrible bedside manner. Had to have two teeth extracted and he made me cry before he even touched me. Very disregarding of people's feelings and if you go against anything that he says, you're terrified of letting him into your mouth. Terrifying fear of him retaliating with his pliers just because he knows he can since you signed a waiver and understand the risks.
I told my dentist office they shouldn't refer anyone to him because of his horrible bedside manner, and in the medical field I feel like that's an important characteristic to have,and that there should be some level of trust. My adult son was warned before he went there only to experience exactly what I warned him about in terms of his attitude and horrible bedside manner, consider yourself warned. First told him that the procedure had to be charged under his medical insurance only for them to say no it's actually a dental procedure. Pressured him to have all four wisdom teeth removed as if this were his only chance when all he went there for was one extraction.
Then rescheduled him even though he had time to take out four, but he now didn't want to take out one. Very uncaring, only cares about making money.

I don't really post reviews online although I would like people to know my experiences. I recently went to Dr. Bevilacqua for an extraction. He was extremely professional, answered any questions or concerns I had without me feeling rushed at all. I expressed how I was having a hard time finding a dentist after my regular dentist retired. He found me a trustworthy dentist closer to home (will probably still go see him anyway).
I visited his Glastonbury and West Hartford office and the staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr bevilacqua called me that night to follow up and see how I was feeling or if I had any further questions. I cannot remember the last time I had a doctor do that. Truly how every office should operate. Thanks 👍👍

The exact same thing happened to me as one of the reviews. I had an implant placed at this facility and I’m ready for my crown. I paid the balance in full and I’ve been reaching out to them for 3 months wanting my files.
They never answer their phone, Don’t call back to voicemails, whenever they do answer the phone, they always say the same thing that they’re going to get it to me soon and never do.
