Extremely rude receptionist, she got upset and hung up on me because I asked “why can’t I schedule my hygiene visit?”. Will definitely be finding a new dentist if that is the norm for customer service. Typically I have had great experience with them so this was disappointing.

I was never given the chance to write a fair review about the service as I was on hold for more than 15 minutes to make a new patient appointment. I Gave up and went someplace else.

When I first came to this dental office in 2023, the receptionist was nice, unfortunately now there’s one rude person whenever she calls to reschedule my appointment with the hygienist twice, plus the dentist did a good job putting the crown on my bottom left tooth, however my biggest chief complaint is that I’m supposed to see the hygienist every six months but when my six month appointment comes up……I get a call to reschedule my appointment because the hygienist will be out or is coming in late. Unfortunately I’m not coming back to this practice anymore because it’s not good that there’s one dental hygienist who is lacking punctuality and they don’t even care to find a substitute hygienist.

Think twice before scheduling an appointment here! Reason why it’s called Concerned Dental. PS: I also mentioned to the dentist that I need braces again because my teeth shifted, instead of him giving me recommendations, he overlooked my concerns

Save yourself the trouble and find a dentist practice that actually follows HIPPA guidelines and not pass subliminal remarks on patients it’s unprofessional, get a dentist that knows what they are doing and not waste your time or health. I felt dismissed and judged incorrectly. I was given an appointment for pain and cleaning. When the dentist saw me he scan my mouth for about 1 minute and then told me “you can wait in the front for the cleaning appointment” WHAT THE front desk receptionist should have done instead of laughing and gossiping inform me about this instead of not communicating with patients regarding appointments time availability.

It looks very bad on the practice and I have decided to find a dentistry that cares and values their patients and takes the time to communicate effectively/no stereotypes. I am no longer interested in any other services offered here. Each patient deserves the care they need and if you really care about your teeth find a better place that can take your insurance. They gave me an appointment October for cleaning 4 months away.

Also it’s a doctors office not a party receptionist needs to focus on their task and Adhere to HIPPA confidentiality/ protocols. No patient should be mocked, laughed, judged or gossiped about you can do that at your house. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional never again ewwwwwwwww never again.
