I went for first visit today and was very relieved. They saw me promptly. Clean, easy parking, receptionist was pleasant and and Doctor Malette, FNP was wonderful.

I went for my first doctor's appointment at this place today, and it seems pretty nice. The staff were friendly, and my doctor seems like a good guy. Reason for the 3 star review is because of the lab center in the building next door (that's shown on Google Maps/Earth). I go inside and there's no receptionist. I rang the bell, that plays the Happy Birthday song which is strange, and the older woman who works there didn't seem too friendly.

After I rang the bell, I overheard her say "Oh my god, they gotta wait a minute" to a patient who she was dealing with. Turns out that she is the only one who works at the place. I think if they hired more phlebotomists, preferably ones who are more delightful, the lab center would be much better.

I have been going to Kristen Stewart for many years she goes way above and beyond she has sent me to several different referrals and they all work she treats each patient like a family member she is out standing. I know she is always busy if I need or have a message to be delayed I ask for my nurse Sharon she is amazing and gets the problem solved in the same day. Call center representative are very friendly front desk staff are so friendly.

Kristen and her team are the best. I would give 10 stars if it was possible

I had a change in insurance and my specialist was no longer covered under the new insurance so I needed a referral to a new doctor and I’ve been waiting over two months for a new referral and the infection that I had approved to be treated is now back. I have called several times up to three times a week and have been told multiple times that I’d be called back and have not been called back. I also have been calling during operable business hours and the answering service keeps saying that the business is closed when it is open until 5 PM and multiple times I have called after work at 4 o’clock And getting no answer.

I also have called earlier in the morning when I get told I’ll get a call back and I have not received any calls back. The lack of urgency for patients that had approved treatments is outrageous. It is completely unacceptable that now I’m being told that I need to restart the entire process and pay for another appointment after I already had the original appointment.

I just needed a referral transfer. I am severely unsatisfied with my experience at this office.
