Friendly and great place for dental care. I’ve been going here for a few years for my regular cleanings and have always had a good experience with Dr. Yi and the hygienists. Joo is my favorite hygienist for her experience and kindness in the way she works!

Dr. Yi and her staff are very pleasant and always answer questions and gave a solution. The treatment by Dr. Yi is great, I feel comfortable during the treatment. The office is super clean and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Never had any insurance or bill problems. Recommend

Me and family been coming here for years but each time I visited them I’m really disappointed by their customer service in the front desk. They’re definitely not geared towards valuing repeat long time patients!!!! I had a Saturday appointment scheduled 6months ago and they texted while I was away for thanksgiving holiday and because I didn’t confirmed the same day; they went ahead and canceled my appointment 4days ahead of my scheduled date? Who cancelled someone appointment 3to 4 days before??? They way I know it from others clinics, normally you have up to 48 hours or 24 hours to confirm or cancel an appointment! I called them after I got back and the lady on the phone was RUDE and no regards to my frustration and had the audacity to tell if you want another Saturday appt you have to wait til July 2025.
Moreover, my last visit with my son, the front desk wanted me to pay $90 up front for his cleaning because I have a new insurance and they didn’t get notified a day in advance? (Never heard or experienced that before especially if you have a new active insurance?). They are all about money instead of the experience they’re providing to the customer!!!!!!
