I had a very painful infection in my mouth that was spreading through my jaw. I was able to get antibiotics right away to fight the infection. I was referred to an in-house dentist whom I saw the next day. I have a follow-up appointment about a week or so from now.

She wanted me to finish the antibiotics before she did a full exam and cleaning. She explained all my options thoroughly. I was able to see my x-rays and she explained what the x-rays meant.

Good luck. No proper care. Guess work at times at best. Get used to being ignored and the dr not knowing or caring what’s wrong. Dr Baleswaren has on several occasions didn’t tell you if something serious with your help. She’s done this to several different people who also sees her. Place is a mess.

The dental facility is a joke. It gets worse and worse as the years go by. I came in for my appointment 15 minutes before scheduled (like they asked) and was left waiting for 25 minutes, on-top of my 15 having been there early. I never have any issues with anyone but the doctors. Dr. Irving is a rude, awful, arrogant person. I left feeling absolutely horrible and in tears.

I drove 40 minutes over there for an emergency just to be told they couldn’t help me with a tooth extraction. She has zero bedside manner and just a rude being. When I asked her a few questions I was met with attitude and brushed off. I don’t know how any of the dentist there have a license and a job still because they are ALL like this. Do better.

Let me start by saying that I know this is long but please read it entirely whether you work there, are a patient, reporter, city municipality worker, or lawyer. This office is training nurses, doctors, managers etc, they provide horrible management to the communities they offer help to at the liberty of all of our health. They mess up insurances, appointments, medications, etc from all parts and members of the New London business location. I’ve had 8 doctors, nurses, hygienist etc within 8 months and have never been treated this way by any office.

I have been met with dismissal, excuses, etc concerning every part of my health in this office. They charge me for literally no help and after waiting for 3-4 months I have not received a dental appointment because “ someone put my appointment in wrong “ Alisha explained how it was set with the dentist and not the hygienist for an initial appointment. That meant it was cancelled and instead of calling me to inform me of the cancellation they placed another appointment over my time so I could not be seen. By all means take the drive to another office this is not worth the waste of gas, time, effort, money, and most importantly your health.

This place is absolutely horrific, do not trust these people with your health or insurance because they bill incorrectly on purchase to gouge money from you as a client. Hope this place closes so they can stop ruining peoples health in New London maybe the state would do better with the understanding of teaching store systems in college so they are ready to work as much they also need to know how to help people of all ages, genders, sexuality etc and not use discrimination or written nasty notes behind the scenes to make certain patients who are patiently waiting to be seen to be met by after months of waiting a cancellation or insurance that was purposely billed incorrectly and then neglecting to help patients who are asking for things to be done the way they should be. To whom ever reads this talk and create a complaint and tell your stories so this place closes and gets replaced by a much better community health and management we all need it please.
