The Day Street Community Health Center, located at 49 Day St, Norwalk, CT, is a key location of Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC). Since opening in 2007, it has evolved from a dental home known as Norwalk Smiles into a comprehensive healthcare facility offering a wide range of services for all ages.
