I have been coming here for 20 years. The staff has always been professional and kind. The service has been thorough and they have always given courtesy calls the day before to remind you of your appointment. Although they don't provide certain services/procedures, they are very helpful in getting me the care that I need.

I just see some of these reviews and feel they deserve more credit than what some others have had to say. . . thank you!!

Receptionist messed up my billing twice in the past 2 cleaning. I tried to talked to the manager but they told me to wait. It’s been 3 weeks and she said I’m trying to something illegal. She kept saying “whatever you are trying to do.

” And she couldn’t tell me what I’m trying to do. I requested to speak to the manager or business owner but I’m not able to. I left one extra star for the owner because it’s not his fault but his definitely not willing to solve problem.

I had an honor to work at this office. I think it is not for a long time however i got a great tolerance and experience. In addition, Dr/ kruger is one of the best dentist because he is very eager and sensitive with his patients and customers.

I advise any body to visit and get his oral maintenance via Dr/ Kruger ‘s office. Finally, i thanks him and all the stuff that r working over there for this great chance and i hope to see u again in always well conditions

Let me start with that I have been a patient for over eight years. I really enjoyed this practice. Dr Krueger is a fantastic dentist. It has gone downhill in the past year or so. Not exactly sure why things have changed so dramatically, but it’s not the way that it used to be. They were once really professional and had wonderful hygienists. I just waited over 20 minutes beyond my appointment time and unfortunately had to leave.

Not once during that time did anyone communicate that they are running very behind. The person next to me had their phone on full blast, and not once did the receptionist ask the person to put it on silent. It’s just common courtesy. I don’t want to hear the videos playing on your phone sir! When I inquired about running late and I shared that I had to leave by a specific time, I was asked if I can come back in the afternoon, which was laughable. I made an 11am appointment for a reason, I have two young children that I have to pick up from school, and your office does not offer child care. I scheduled this appointment on my day off. It would be nice if there was some humanity shown to patients .

I make my appointment months in advance because scheduling is so hard with young children. Everyone’s time is valuable, theirs and mine. There was a time that I was pulling up to the appointment full truth here zero exaggeration two minutes late because of traffic and the office called me to ask where I was, 2 minutes late, I was parking my car when they called. But today I arrived 5 minutes early and I’m sitting there for over 20 minutes and that doesn’t seem to be their problem. Such a shame because I really enjoyed the office and now I think I need to look for a new dentist.
