Rachel has been cleaning my teeth and wife’s teeth for a very long time. She always inquires about our family. But to the point, I would say she is excellent in every way.

I regret to say that my experience with Comfort Smiles has significantly declined in both customer service and quality of care. During my last visit, the dentist casually referred to me as "dear," which I found highly unprofessional and indicative of a troubling trend where proper patient interaction seems to be overlooked. Not only is the service lacking, but the dental care itself has also suffered since Dr. Campbell left. The constant turnover of dentists creates an unsettling atmosphere where continuity and trust are hard to come by. It's quite frustrating to see how much this practice has changed over the years.

The front desk receptionist is rude. She stated that my son told her 7:30 was too early for an appointment, and yesterday she stated he stated couldn’t come until later in the month. Which is it!? So basically you’re calling my son a liar! The billing department is incompetent and rude as well. We have been going over the same invoices and it took months/years to correct! I shouldn’t have to coordinate billing of insurance, that’s her job. They have two names according to delta dentist. Why is that!? Decide which company you’re going to bill under!.

They expect payment upfront, yet the quality of care doesn't reflect the costs and the bills aren’t correct. Sadly, my family and I will be seeking a new dental provider. I sincerely hope Comfort Smiles reassesses its approach before losing more families like ours.

Rachel H and Stella were absolutely amazing!! I've been horrified of the dentist for years. After the hour I spent with them, I'm excited to go back! Rachel H was very kind, knowledgeable and has amazing time efficiency. Stella had me laughing and was so kind and gentle while she was cleaning my teeth. Stella is very knowledgeable and has no problem repeating information in a way that someone with no dental experience can understand.

Both of them made the entire experience amazing and calm. These two are such an amazing team and are so personable, caring and compassionate. They truly care about your health! I've never had such an amazing experience or felt this comfortable in a dentist office in my life! Thank you both!

What a positive experience! The staff was kind and efficient. My hygienist Jenny was outstanding and was gentle, friendly, and made my teeth feel wonderful in a timely manner. Dr. Dayna Tan made me feel comfortable within minutes of meeting her.

Her demeanor was kind, friendly, and yet professional. She explained my dental needs in terminology that was easy for me to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Dayna Tan and Jenny!
