Comfort Dental Springfield lives up to its name—finally, a dentist that prioritizes ease and calm. I’ve struggled with dental anxiety for years, but Dr. Lewis and her team made my recent filling feel manageable. They explained each step, let me take breaks, and even played my favorite playlist. My 8-year-old, who used to cry at appointments, now looks forward to the “relaxation corner” with stress balls and kid-friendly movies.
The office is designed for comfort—plush chairs, soft lighting, and a warm waiting area. They offer evening hours for working parents, handle insurance smoothly, and never rush. What stands out is their empathy—they get that dental visits are tough for some, and they go out of their way to make it better. This is the first dental office I’ve actually felt at home in.

Dr. D is always amazing & takes great care of me every time I come in! The nurses are always so friendly & helpful !!!! I had so many insurance questions (new to paying out of pocket) & they got all the answers I needed ! I recommend Dr. D to anyone!!! The last 6 years he’s made me feel like a brand new woman!!!

Tried to get appt to get chipped tooth pulled. Tried to say I threatened to make complaint against them and threatened someone there and they wasnt able to make me appt. All I did was threatened to make complaint against them you have every right to make complaint. Comfort dental ain't compassionate. They have rude people working there
