Horrible experience, after braces removal every tooth had a cavity. The doctor and the dental assistants were not gentle at all even when told, expect for the assistant Alina she was the one I trusted she was gentle and talked me through the process. The doctor and other staff were ruff and careless. The mouth retractor kept snapping, and one bracket constantly broke.

They over- drilled my tooth so much it became thin and sensitive, and I ended up with a mouth full of cavities. I took care of my teeth well and they said it was my fault; Every 6 months i get a cleaning they say everything looks good then when the time comes I got the braces off and a bunch of cavities were visible. I spent over 10k after braces and went through many dental offices no one wanted to help treat it since I’m a minor and it was so close to the nerve they weren’t sure they’ll do a good job, and finally I found a cosmetic doctor who doesn’t even take my insurance and I paid out of pocket also having to drive over an hour to the office to fix the teeth. After this I came back to the office to speak to the doctor told him politely and explained the cost I payed after braces to treat the cavities if he could pay for the retainer $200 each he said a rude NO and after a long talk he said he’ll pay for one of the retainers.

He never spoke one on one during braces process not even a phone call to address the horrible situation going on in the mouth he was acting like it’s normal after braces. Do not recommend from my experience
