I’m surprised to read the bad reviews. I came to Dr. Poveda after a series of bad dental experiences and she was kind, personable, professional and thorough in her cleaning and dental advice to me. I have Medicaid and have had trouble finding a good dentist. She’s the first who accepts Medicaid that made me feel like I finally had a real dentist appointment.

She saved my teeth she is an good dentist Dr Poveda is a good listener I met her a couple months ago I feel that I have primary dentist when I first met her I was scared until she showed me she wants to help I will recommend Dr Poveda

Going to the dentist is an already anxiety inducing experience. This place makes you feel self conscious, unwanted and hopeless. If you enjoy rude behavior, callousness and being treated like dog poo then by all means this is the place for you. My bf who was also a patient expressed dissatisfaction with this office as well. We didn’t experience a terrible time with the staff as much as Poveda herself.
Where on earth did she acquire her license to treat patients?? There’s an extreme lack of compassion and good bedside manner. We’re more than happy to find another place to be treated. Save yourself the time, trip and humiliation and heed the warnings of these written reviews. Please.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my family member as she tries not to use Google as much but - this place needs an overhaul of training from top down. The staff is rude and the doctor was dismissive and callous. Take your hard earned dollars and benefits elsewhere please.
If you are reading this there is a good chance that you are doing your due diligence and kudos to you. Also check out the reviews on healthgrades website.
