I went to the office today, after a nearly 3 year absence to make an appointment for my daughter. The lady working the desk immediately walked away when I entered (she did acknowledge me by saying "one second"). When she came back, she asked how could she help me. I explained that I wanted to make an appt for my daughter who's been experiencing pain and discomfort for about a week now. While I am saying this, she is dialing a number into the phone and proceeds to focus on the phone call.
I felt discrimination! I was there first but she chose to engage in the phone call which could have waited until I was done. I left. I will not be going back here.

Dr.Cohen gets five stars, he is the man, an excellent Dentist, but his Receptionist is sabotaging his practice and gets a ONE! She makes appointments for her convenience and never calls back. I had to switch to another doctor because his Receptionist is evil. I think she has a family member who is a Dentist and she is destroying Sweet Dr.Cohen’s practice. We need to let him know of her doings!

If y’all are looking for a great dentist Dr. Kenneth Cohen in Woodmere is fantastic, and he accepts Healthplex!! He was so good with me. I’ve had like 4 visits with him and each time he’s been amazing. To me a dentist visit was always horrifying. They were like so rough and scary. Traumatized to be exact. Coming to see him id get really nauseous and anxious, but he said something to me on my second visit when I expressed being a chicken for the dentist appointments. He said “Your dentist visits should not feel like a torture chamber, he’s there to help and fix whatever is wrong.
I LOVE HIM!! My visit today I did not throw up and there was no anxiousness. There’s only one down side. You can almost never get a live person on the phone, however leave a message and the girl does call back. If an appointment is cancelled by them make sure you stay on top of it to get it rescheduled. Other than that, Dr. Cohen is amazing at life. . 😊🌞

Worst dentist i have every been to front desk never getting back to you Bottom line lost a tooth because of his work. He did a root canal never completed it it cracked a few weeks later and had to be extracted as a person that owned his own business he takes no pride in his work
