This has been an unpleasant place to visit. They do whatever they want to just to get paid. They do not listen to what you only ask them to do because you cannot afford more. I just went for a wellness and a regular cleaning, ended up paying $ 26 something (paid on site after I was told that was the only amount I would be charged ) for some x-rays they just wanted to get done. Now I receive an eob for another $66 something. At the end of the day I walked out with a bill and nothing done.
They stated I could not get a regular cleaning , but a deep one . . of course they wanted to charge me more . I told them more than once that I was not interested and I left. . I went to another facility and I was told they had run that day something about the deep cleaning with no date on it.
In my opinion this clinic is playing with patients just to get the most and they do not seem interested in the patients opinions or what they can really afford as dental insurances are not so good in covering. Bad business. I will never ever go back there.

Do not go here! You cannot get a regular cleaning. They will only do the deep clean. See other reviews. It’s true. Spent an hour and a half having a million X-rays for them to tell me they won’t do a regular cleaning. Ended up walking out. Don’t waste your time.

I had a negative experience yesterday. The care I received was uncomfortable and not up to previous expectations. The Hygienist was very rough and she had water dripping and splashing all over my face, dress, and arms. She continually let the tool hit my lips while she was polishing my teeth. She refused to hold my lips up when using the tools.
My lips are full and instead of her properly holding my lips she just continued to let the tool pierce my lip. Also, she let the suction tool hang from my mouth that constantly let cold air run which made my teeth very sensitive when she was trying to scrape and clean them. I never want her to work on me nor my family again.

Had a awesome experience with the whole staff. The Dentist was very caring and very experienced in her work! The ladies up front was excellent in getting you checked in, and was ready for any questions I had. They all made me feel very welcomed. If you want a Dentist and staff that care about you and love what they do, this is where you need to be.
