They texted and emailed multiple times confirming my appointment. I showed up right on time and the door was locked and no one was there. I waited outside for 10 minutes and tried to call multiple times. No answer. I have yet to hear anything from them. Truly a despicable business.

Terrible. I have tried to make this my new dentist after my former dentist closed their office close to me. For the second time now, they texted me to cancel my appointment one day before because there is no dentist in the office that day. But then I continue to get texts and e-mails to remind me of the appointment that THEY cancelled.
When you try to contact them, you get some call center somewhere. I am giving up on them.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to find that none of their most of equipment was working. After 40 minutes of failed attempts to take an x-ray, they finally gave up and just asked me to “describe my issue” instead. The entire office was dirty, cabinets were wide open and broken, and the staff looked absolutely miserable and disengaged. After waiting 1.
5 hours, they told me they couldn’t see me because they were running behind. I offered to wait, since I had already paid for childcare but they flat-out refused. To top it off, they tried to upcharge me for a service I didn’t need until I called my insurance on the spot and confirmed I wasn’t required to pay for it. This place is circus

Worst experience! They will give you an appointment and will not bother to inform you when the office is closed on the day of appointment. I learned about office being closed when I reached office on the day of my appointment. They will give appointments and will not even cancel it. This has happened twice with me and my husband.
They didn’t even update my insurance even after explicitly sharing the details and charged me wrong for the service. Check twice before you start driving for the appointment. Can save you a trip.
