Last week I came in to see if I can get a emergency tooth pulling. Doctor salimova and doctor eleyon and nurse Lydia were incredible. I was in terrible pain they all took there time to make sure my tooth was numb and very attentive. My stitches healed perfectly and i fill so much better. Thanks and I definitely will be coming back..

I had a very disappointing experience at CDI Dentistry during my visit yesterday. I was there from 9:45 AM to 3:30 PM — nearly six hours — with no available seating and barely any communication from the staff. The environment felt disorganized and the facility itself was noticeably dirty. Most of the staff came off as rude or dismissive. I was only in the back for maybe 15 minutes total, where I was just prescribed antibiotics and told to come back.

Despite what their name might imply, they do not offer sedation options, which was one of the main reasons I chose this office in the first place. The only positive part of my visit was the brand-new staff member who first assessed me — she was kind, professional, and clearly trying her best. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the visit that felt even remotely reassuring. I won’t be returning.

I'm giving one star only because there's no option for zero. AVOID GETTING ROOT CANALS OR fillings AT THIS CLINIC. I had a root canal done here, but unfortunately, the canals were not properly cleaned, and some nerves were left behind, causing infection and significant pain afterward. I’ve attached a photo showing the infected nerve that should have been removed. I also had a cavity treated, but the dentist only partially cleaned it and then placed a filling over it.

As a result, I ended up paying twice for the root canal and the other services. Most of the dentists here are still in their residency training and lack sufficient experience. On top of that, the front desk staff is very unfriendly — I requested a detailed bill multiple times, but they never sent it, even though I had to fully prepay for all procedures.

Had an appointment at 9:30am they call themselves rescheduling it but when I called they told me to come in anyways get there and it’s packed and staff are acting rude finally get back there and they told me what they said and as I’m about to leave the young black girl was asked to do some math about my payment and she failed to do so and the doctor stepped in and she proceeded to get smart and go.

Back and fourth with me and the doctor telling us to do our own math they asked her to go take a break and she didn’t she proceeded to keep getting smart another worker jumped in asking both to stop I just feel like they need better control of their staff and business!! I would not recommend this place!!!
