We are super happy with Clements Orthodontics. All the office staff (front desk, receptions, finance, etc…) are super friendly and always helpful. The orthodontic assistants we have had have all been great with my 9 year old - skilled as well as super nice and friendly and put her at ease. We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Clements and all the staff every time we’ve been to the office.

Really nice dentist place. Feel the children have had their teeth and braces looked after very well here. I do feel that if you show up late they won’t see you but they can easily keep you waiting the same amount of time. Bit of a double standard. Overall happy though

I highly recommend Clements Orthodontics. We researched a number of different orthodontists and are so glad we chose Dr. Clements and her team - we now couldn't imagine seeing anyone else! We have had three kids and one adult in her care and couldn't be happier with the results for each individual. When you meet Dr. Clements, you will instantly feel confident placing your trust in her.
Her office runs like a well oiled machine: friendly, professional (and consistent!) front desk and staff; prompt appointments; clean, modern space; and an overall upbeat and positive environment. When setting up the plan, Dr. Clements takes the time to provide clear explanations of treatment options, costs, and recommendations. This was key to selecting the right plan for each kid (braces vs Invisalign). Her front desk manages all the paperwork and worked with our insurance which was seamless process.
As to the patient experience from the eyes of a student, my youngest daughter actively looks forward to her appointments because of the games and prizes - and these are real prizes, like sizable gift cards, tickets, full size squishmallows, etc. The entire experience could not be more positive. We are super thankful for Dr. Clements and her amazing team!
