15 days out from surgery. Had my check up after full mouth reconstruction yesterday. I’m a baby with dental work due to past experience. Warned them, told over and over , it’s ok. . they’ll manage the pain. BULLSHITE. It burns for food or liquid to be in my mouth, feels like a thousand knives are slicing me up if I eat or drink. My jaws hurt, and are popping. I feel like I’ve been punched in my jaw. , my sinus’ hurt. Basically I’m finally down to a level 8 pain and guess I’m just suppose to feel grateful. Please read these reviews they are from true patients to. Btw if you call after 9p. m. Their on call Doctor will not call you back. Yep, read the reviews for any Clear Choice they seem to have the same issues. The ones talking about teeth being too long at surgery, being told it’ll be taken care at your checkup, doesn’t happen, they’ll say they’ll fix them then don don’t, say they’ll do it in 4 months. Just like the stories in other reviews. Will have to review again later. Right now I don’t want to hear of others crying because they are in pain, can’t sleep, can’t eat, can’t drink. , like me. Maybe Clear Choice is putting out a new diet . .

pain and starvation…it’s a quick way to die t. Updated 2. 2. 2025. Still having issues with pain, you don’t hear from Elk Grove. They have made it very obvious they don’t care for patients. They deal with us because they have to. I’m taking a star away and dropping them to a one star review. All their talk of being there if you need them is crap. Next month I’ll get the procedure finished and find another office. WHEN YOU CAUSE HARM IT GOES AGAINST THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH TO NOT CAUSE HARM. THIS OFFICE DOES NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES OR NOT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. YOU ARE DEAD TO THEM IF YOU ARE TOLD BY ANYONE HERE AT THIS OFFICE THAT YOU WILL BE CARED FOR, THEY WILL HANDLE YOUR PAIN FROM SCREWING THINGS IN YOUR MOUTH, UNSCREWING, CUTTING A BIT OF TISSUE OFF THE SCREWS, ETC. GET IT IN WRITING SO YOU CAN PROVE THEY SAID IT AND MAYBE THEY WILL ACTUALLY DO IT. BECAUSE THE VERBAL WORD HERE IS NOT A BOND. ITS SUBTERFUGE 😭😭😡😭😭 5 March 2025. Tried taking the final star this app won’t let me. Had what I was originally told would be the appt id get my final and forever teeth. LIE This was for impressions for final teeth I might get, someday, maybe. 2 implants failed, more surgery. I require premed, unless they want me in a full blown panic attack. Somehow that wasn’t thought of by their office, perhaps if they called appt reminders. like most offices, it would have been remembered. They offered to reschedule, I said no.

I had a full attack first time in a decade. Got thru the appt. , my mouth feels like a train has been using my teeth and jaw for ramming practice in numerous areas, I haven’t been able to sleep. Beware. They can be really nice IN person. Offer adjustments, makes promises toward your care. But when you leave the office you leave their consideration. MAKE sure you tell THEIR doctor MAY NOT SPEAK TO A SOUL ABOUT YOUR CARE. IF YOU ARE A FEMALE WITH A MALE PARTNER. IF NOT . . when the doctor comes in to tell you your surgery on 2 out 10 posts failed, you will be told THEY ARE GOING TO TALK TO YOUR SPOUSE ABOUT SMOKING, NOT EATING, HEALTH AND Drinking coke all day…DID HE ASK ABOUT THOSE. ? NO he simply TOLD ME…. OH and of course they couldNT have failed cause the bone had issues, like idk being the area I face planted on cement and moved and broke the teeth, and areas of my face? I could not believe I was being spoken to as a five year old, the entire episode was UNCOMFORTABLE, for some reason I felt shamed and like I was nothing. Absolutely worthless and unable to think for myself, nope I can’t be dealt with as an adult. Yes, I explained all to the hubby, he is upset as well that someone would speak to me like that. Remember. If you need meds before they won’t remember …you need to tell them. If you want your self esteem shattered. . embarrassment from one doctor in front of his peers. This is the place to be.

Been waiting for a call to schedule after having information sent from another branch. It's been more than a month at this point. From the very beginning I have felt treated as a burden anytime I call for an appointment or have any emergency issues.

I'm uncomfortable, have told them so, did all the things I was supposed to, but it seems they believe they have us in a corner, with no other options. How inhumane and very on brand for a corporation 🤮
