I have tried to give this dentistry a second chance, and once again I’m very disappointed at the lack of professionalism I have experienced. The first time visiting this establishment was a year ago, I understood at the time it was during the pandemic. My appointment was at 11:00am, I was told to wait in the car and they would call me when they were ready.
45 minutes had passed by so I called them to find out how long it would be, I was very casually told ‘oh yeah, we’re ready for you’. It would be another 20 minutes before I had been seen by the dentist. Surprisingly, Dr Mainland was a very good dentist, so I decided to give them another try.
Today, my appointment was again at 11:00am, which I was on time for, I left their office at 12:00pm UNSEEN! No one… absolutely No one came and said anything to me, I would have appreciated someone communicating with me that they were behind or anything. I will not be returning! Which is sad because she’s really good but unprofessionalism I cannot or will not tolerate.

She is a great dentist. HOWEVER, the wait times are LONG. I would still recommend her to anyone seeking a good dentist; she is also very nice, as are her assistants/staff. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the wait times; she and her staff are 5 stars.

Dr. Maitland has been me and my families dentist for 37 years. I would not trust anyone else as my dentist. She has a welcoming and pleasant personality and tends to your needs with care. She has the perfect location and a wonderful staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Maitland for many years. She is warm and inviting which is GREAT, because going to the dentist is the worst. She makes it not so bad. I recommend her to everyone I know.
I wish all of my Doctors were as patient and thorough. I can't forget the office staff and her assistants, they are also equally awesome! She has built an amazing practice and team. Trust my opinion, because I have had extensive work done and I would not trust anyone else. Also, I have plenty of other doctors, which only a few match her excellence.
